Salt, You Need It10/14/2019 When I was young I was overweight and prone to becoming over-heated. I remember getting light headed, profusely sweating, and feeling weak often. When I became over-heated it was hard to think clearly. I wasn't able to do the things other kids could do, so the weight gain continued. I grew up in a home where iceberg lettuce drenched in dressing was considered a vegetable, fake butter was considered real butter, and salt was considered the devil. Our house was full of canned, processed foods, and a freezer full of microwave pizza. Healthy fats and red meat was always avoided. I ignorantly stopped eating red meat as a teen which wisely picked back up a few years ago. I had so many health issues growing up but on my quest towards better health they have all become quite clear. It's apparent to me now that I burn through many nutrients faster than most people and this may be a result of being taken from my biological mother at birth. I'm sure I was not given the best nutrition in the womb along with massive stress of being passed around. I now eat meat, healthy fats, and avoid refined sugar, breads and processed foods. I haven't used a microwave in years. My current diet is basically the polar opposite of what I grew up on. Until recently I was using sea salt on a lot of my foods but sparingly as I thought it could compromise my health. I have never done well with heat. I had a sauna for a while and despite the benefits most people experience, I always felt worse. I never liked the heat and struggled with workouts that left me feeling weak and dizzy. This time last year I was cutting weight while consuming a lot of caffeine and intermittent fasting. I was happy with my weight loss but am now off caffeine for good, which has changed my life. I thought it was just the reduction in anxiety from being caffeine-free but it turns out caffeine actually reduces the ability to absorb many nutrients and causes mineral depletion. What is the point of all this? Salt b;As I continue putting the pieces together I have had major breakthroughs not just with diet but in understanding the vital role of mitochondria and beyond. I am currently working on putting on muscle so I've been searching for new ideas and methods. I stumbled upon a power lifter and body builder named Stan Efferding. My interest was peaked as this was a very strong person who was saying things that were off the beaten path. He does not promote the standard mix of caffeine, chicken and broccoli for lifters. I'm no body builder but I was interested in the fact that he promotes red meat, no caffeine and a massive amount of salt. I was already a fan of red meat and off the caffeine, but large quantities of salt as a pre-workout? I have used sea salt in place of table salt for a long time and have tried to keep the amount down. Stan claims sodium is so important that most people should take far more than what's recommended. He points out that intermittent fasting, caffeine, heavy exercise, heat, and even clean eating can all cause depleted sodium levels. I know about the sodium/potassium pump on cell walls as I have explained how toxins accumulate when this pump shuts off due to low charge many times in multiple previous blogs. I immediately started looking into salt and found a great book: The Salt Fix by Dr. James DiNicolantonio. I won't go into too much detail about this powerful information but I will recommend you read it for yourself. I have been listening to audio books on my drive to work and I went through this one so fast, I couldn't stop listening. He proves that sugar, not salt is the substance to be avoided. It helped me connect so many dots about the health issues of my youth. I was most likely extremely sodium deficient and craved salty junk food to make up for it. In my efforts to be healthy I knew salt was necessary to some degree but was not using it as an actual health supplement. I now look see salt as the essential life giving substance that it is. I started throwing back some salt before my workouts and can say it feels truly amazing. My strength and endurance have gone way up. I see how caffeine (which was causing spells of dizziness) may have been making me even more sodium deficient. Humans evolved consuming very high quantities of salt to cure meats as a preservative until refrigeration became available. The more we restrict salt, the worse our health will be. This doesn't mean to eat salty junk food, just use sea salt on unprocessed REAL food guilt-free. Try adding a 1/2 teaspoon to a warm glass of lemon water before a workout or during a fast as well. The book does a great job of explaining how salt can even help you loose weight and how easily the body can excrete excess sodium. I look at this new piece of the puzzle as important one. I don't agree with everything Stan Efferding promotes but I am so grateful for his stance on salt and introducing me to this valuable topic. Check him out and check out the book. You will be glad you did and I bet your health will improve and your food will taste better once you start meeting your legitimate sodium needs. It is more dangerous to have low sodium levels than to have too much. As you age your ability to retain sodium drops, so it is even more important that you don't go on a low salt diet in your later years. As always I wish I had learned this sooner but am glad I know this now as it has shown to be an important piece of my health puzzle. Avoid wireless tech in your immediate environment, sugar, caffeine, alcohol and processed foods. Get frequent small doses of sunlight, a magnetico sleep pad, healthy fat, clean meats, vitamin C and far more salt than what the mainstream consensus is telling you.

David Goggins is destroying the idea that everyone should get a star. This inspiring story of abuse converted into strength will motivate you but hopefully more than that it will show you that there is no excuse not to be better every day. I have overcome a lot in my life and most recently quitting caffeine and continuing to push my own mental and physical boundaries found this book at the perfect time. I got the audio book and strongly encourage you to do the same. In between the chapters David and the reader discuss what has happened, giving additional incites, stories, and also getting to hear the voice of the man that has done so many amazing things. David Goggins has come from low places to become a navy seal, a world record holder, and an ultra marathon runner along with many other accomplishments. Beyond all that lies his greatest accomplishment: mastering his own mind. This book gives 10 challenges as to how you too can become hard and start to do things that you may have talked yourself out of in the past. The first Challenge is to publicly state your bad hand. To write out where you came from and here is mine. Rob Alexander 20 hrs My Bad Hand:
Now: 11 years sober, fit, and confident. I now write a weekly blog about health topics and addiction. I am glad to have this book and to hear everyones success stories. Stay Hard #CantHurtMe _______________________________________________ Update- Thanks for all the comments and encouragement. This group is filled with amazing people. I am more committed than ever to continue to push harder despite what others may say about it being "extreme". Fell free to friend request me or reach out. So glad to know there are others out there going hard as this path is not one many people walk. Share your challenges and your victories! So many people are over coming obsticles based on this "no excuses" mentality that the book portrays so strongly. After posting My Bad Hand on a facebook group based on the book, I got hundreds of likes and so many very encouraging comments....zero negativity. Here is the group link. If you get the book or audio version and are on FB I encourage you to join and see the amazing things people just like you and me are doing everyday. In my life I have often been called extreme and after reading this book I don't feel extreme or alone in my thirst for self-mastery. I have the motivation to do something everyday that I didn't want to do. For me this book was right after a long withdrawal from caffeine, the last of my chemical addictions (10 weeks today) But I have been pushed even harder. Keeping up with my running and lifting, cold showers, and intermittent fasting, stretches, breathing techniques and a number of other protocols that feed me in my self-mastery quest. But above all I am challenging the thinking that says "why more?". I already do a number of healthy things that a "normal" person would think are too much and not balanced enough. This book reminds me who I am when no one is watching and where I came from. I don't want to give away too many details from the book as I am hoping that you go and read or listen to it for yourself. There are so many fake people in the health and wellness world. I have been amazed at some of them using religion, steroids, a marketing machine, or any number of other tools to give the impression that they are someone you should listen to. This has turned me off of so many products, people, and programs. Finally a person like David Goggins shows up and says "I'm not special and neither are you". Push your self toward your passion. For me my journey of self-mastery involves my mind and body as I continue to learn about the the things that make me and everyone else tick and I hope to share more people like this with you....if I can find them.
The limits of human potential are unknown. We have so much inside us that we don't have the energy to power or the knowledge to unlock. Play the slow game and learn or do one more thing every day. Seek out people that celebrate your victories instead of discouraging your process. They are rare but worth it. Quit your addictions to substances, thinking, and laziness. Set a high standard for yourself and others. This will make your life one of quality even though it may be lonely at times. The crowds typically won't do the hard things. If you find yourself doing what everyone else is doing then you have to go harder to be exceptional. Self esteem is earned. The Biggest Tree In The World8/13/2019 Angela and I recently took a trip up to the Sequoia Forest here in California. This forest is home to a famous grove of massive trees. The one we are standing in front of is called General Sherman, and it is the largest tree in the world. Yes, in the world. There is no way to describe just how large this tree is, and pictures don't do it justice. These massive Squoia trees have red, fuzzy bark. We both commented on how they look fake, almost like cartoons compared to the much smaller "normal" sized trees in contrast. It is hard to imagine a living thing that has been sustaining life for over 2,000 years. I was amazed at how clean the air was and how cool it was walking through the forest. I was so happy to see these trees considering so many aspects of nature we often take for granted are fading away at an increasing rate. We must do what we can to protect these amazing natural antennas. What most people don't realize is that trees are literally natures' wifi. Not only do they create oxygen and alter temperatures, they also absorb negative frequency and put off natural frequencies that benefit human health on a sub-cellular level. As wifi and 5G explode all around us in our modern world, they bombard us with destructive frequencies. Now is the time to surround ourselves with as many trees as possible. If you don't believe that trees interact with negative frequencies then take a moment to realize that trees must be cut down around 5G towers because they disrupt (or absorb rather) the powerful 5G signals. The trees depicted above are from the far past and present. Ancient trees that have lived thousands of years and would continue to thrive if left to themselves. Now I will show you some other, not so wonderful trees of the present and future. Nature is being hacked. We are being fooled as the solution to our problems is now the problem itself. Real trees are being cut down and replaced with these fake trees or are hijacked and used as towers to blast unnatural frequencies into the environment and at us, all to power our prevalent wireless tech addiction. Our tech comes with a price. This reminds me of that Dr. Seuss story The Lorax. The story is commonly recognized as a fable concerning the danger that corporate greed poses to nature,[not verified in body] using the literary element of personification to create relateable characters for industry (as the Once-ler), the environment (the Truffula trees) and activism (as the Lorax). - wikapidia Trees will continue to be cut down in urban areas since they are an interference to the tech agenda. They compete with 5G, and here's the kicker: so do we. Trees are hard-wired to the earth and act as receiver-transmitters of frequency. We are nature's wireless receiver transmitters. Humans are electro-magnetic and all the frequencies we are exposed to are effecting our natural frequency, especially when we sleep which is when the brain sends out a spectrum of frequency that communicates to the dividing cells throughout the body of what to become. In other words, unnatural frequencies make us age faster. They stress your cells and any illnesses that you are predisposed to will manifest in your body at a much younger age.
What can you do? -Surround yourself with as much nature as you can. Take off your shoes. -Make getting away from tech a priority in your life. -Hack your home environment to be a safe-haven from all the electro-smog. I can help - Please Contact me if you would like more solutions and details about how to navigate these difficult times. The world is changing fast. Many people will acquire illness like cancer, mental illness, heart attacks, strokes, and sleep issues. There are things you can do but very few in mainstream or alt health know much about frequency and how it actually affects health over prolonged periods of time. As we were driving to the Sequoias, we saw some massive cell towers along the highway in some rural farm towns. We also noticed the billboards in these areas. I kid you not they were for medical help, suicide hotlines, and emergency med-stops. This does not surprise me but many will drive by and not notice that the towers are the reason these areas are suffering from so much illness and suicide to the point of warranting these types of billboards instead of advertising the typical car dealership or fast food chain. It will probably take time and unfortunately many casualties before people start to see what I see. For some it will be too late. I only hope that I can do what I have to in order to hold out until this craziness stops and I hope those tress can withstand the abuse of our tech and 5G. Your body is mapped out in your brain. This explains fantom limb pain. Because the brain is mapped, each part of the body can be moved in connection to its spot on the map. This is fractal, meaning that a smaller version of the whole is contained within it; like Russian dolls. This is an example of fractal intelligence. The idea that every fractal level up and down is infinite and only perceived relative to the observers' point of reference and that by looking closely at any one fractal level you can learn something about every fractal level since the universe is a fractal sequence of variation and repetition. Learn to recognize the repetition and you have the ultimate cheat code in understanding all the different levels. Most people don't like this too much since it's not personal enough and anyone who starts down the path of fractal recognition finds themselves in a fractal loop that goes on forever. You can visualize what I'm referring to if you search "Fractal Zoom" on youtube. You will see that an image starts to zoom in and at some point it zooms back out in a cycle visually representing diving into a deeper fractal level. I have been interested in fractal intelligence for years as I see that it allows me to understand the world optimally as all of nature from your veins, to rivers, to the branches of a tree are all fractally structured. I will not go too far into this cheat code as part of me feels like the true depths of it are off limits to most. It is easy to understand surface fractals but it is another thing to, in a sober state allow your brain to break down the standard limits of perception and go deeper and come back again. I often find it difficult to blog about things without making too much reference to fractal intelligence as it is the presupposition for all me thoughts. If you are interested in fractal intelligence send me a Message. Now let's dive into Cognitive Regression. There is you, then your brain, then the parts of your brain, and down even lower to brain cells, to mitochondria (the power house/engine within the cell), and then electron chain transfer within the mitochondria, and then the electron. This fractal journey is the path to the subatomic. Electrons are electric, so it's not just a clever name. Each electron has a magnetosphere (its own magnetic field) because electricity or spark is always expressed within a magnetic field. When magnetism and electricity get together they give birth to various frequencies. These frequencies can also be called quanta, and this is where we get quantum physics. Another fractal explanation is that quantum physics powers physics, physics powers chemistry, and chemistry makes up your standard biology. If you want to enhance a brain, increase its electrical charge. This literally means increase the strength and number of electrons moving in the mitochondria that power the brain cells that make up the brain which is a mini map of you, that then powers you. To decrease brain function just do the opposite and reduce its charge. How do we reduce brain charge? Simple: expose the frequency emitting electrons within a brain to a multitude of competing dissonant frequencies in the outside environment. The more frequency competition there is, the less able a coherent thought has to be optimally understood and expressed. What I'm really saying is that unnatural frequencies from artificial LED lighting and wifi and smart tech frequencies are causing a global neurological regression. Of course this regression is more pronounced in areas with the most wireless technology in them, such as large cities. We are and will continue to see see people suffer most in high tech areas with high populations. We are the frogs in boiling water and are witnessing and experiencing a massive neurological regression taking place as fast as wifi and 5G are growing. You can't see the frequencies coming off your tech since they are not visible to your eye, but this does not make them any less real. This is a slow boil and you can look to smaller creatures like bees, birds, and even dogs as their smaller systems are affected first (because it's fractal). High tech cities are like the canary in the coal mine. Keep an eye on people in those areas and take note of what you see and hear. I spoke with someone the other day who shared that her 35 year old son-in-law just had a major stroke. The docs have no explanation as to what was the cause and he had no precursors. A few days later I was at a birthday party and my girlfriend's friend in her late 30s was describing an unexplainable stroke she had a few months ago. A friend just this morning tells me he's headed to another funeral as everyone seems to be getting cancer around him. He's in LA, wired up tight with 5G. This is a frequency story, and until we as a society pick up on the clues, strokes and heart attacks will continue to skyrocket because the heart and brain are electromagnetic and are reaching their limits of conflicting frequencies from the growing wireless tech environment. At night the brain sends a natural frequency spectrum to the dividing cells in your body, telling them what to become. If the cells don't get the message they become the wrong thing...like cancer. I could keep going but the real take-away is that before a person has a heart attack or stroke they will see a lot of these now common illnesses: anxiety, depression, addiction, confusion, the inability to sleep well without substances, cognitive decline a wide variety of neurological signs that the person is fading. You will start to see mental illness increase since every thought you have is electro-magnetic. Each person has to decide for themselves what to do with this information. Many reading this blog won't even make it this far as it requires too much neurological margin so they'll return to a lighter blog about how to make the best keto muffins. Others will listen but not know what to do so they'll try to ignore it. A few will take action and thrive in the face of this massive neurological regression we are all facing and witnessing together. Wanna know what to do? Its spcific to you.
Here are some simple suggestions: - Work with me and "rent my brain" To get the specific information you need to know in order to survive and thrive in this rapidly changing environment. Or keep asking your doctor, nutritionist, chiropractor, ect if they know anything about the info contained in this blog, increasing wireless radiation exposure, or even just circadian biology. I don't charge much and the information about altering your environment and habits will be a huge benefit. I put this information out there but if people don't read it or take the opportunity to work with me I simply move on. I have done my part. Motivated people will get results and everyone else will be left wondering what happened. -Get a Magnetico This is the one thing that everyone should get. They are not cheap and they are worth far more than they cost. Ask me why. -Get an EMF home assessment by Bryan Hoyer. Info found in my STORE. - Quit all your substance addictions. This includes caffeine, nicotine, drugs of any kind, alcohol, ect. The age of intoxication is gone. The effects of these substances in the worsening wifi world are increasingly different and more destructive than they were in the past. I have many more suggestions for you but this is a start. I have made these action steps and others a top priority in my life. Wireless tech never sleeps. Now is the time to change and learn. Everyone must take this seriously or keep thinking things are "strange". I don't think they are so strange but rather predictable. Please share this with others. There are so many desperate people out there that are getting info about chemistry-based/nutritional solutions from people who know nothing about physics or quantum physics. I reluctantly quit coffee and then caffeine entirely. Yup, chocolate, mate, tea all of it. Tomorrow I will be 8 weeks 100% caffeine free. I have no doubts about the negative effects of caffeine and have been so happy to see the benefits to my health. My anxiety is largely gone, my sleep is deep, my energy is stable and I'm past the body aches and getting back into working out. The workouts are different as I'm not on stimulants I can have a much more controlled and stable experience. My body composition seems different in subtle ways. I feel like I am healing at a very deep level and it is hard to explain.
I have been 100% drug, alcohol ect free during this process and it has been a true test to my thinking not having a substance as earlier in life I was a heavy drinker and smoker as well as a fat over eater. This has been the first time in my life I have been completely free of any any addictions. No unnatural nootropics, no nicotine, nothing. In some ways it has been amazing and in other ways it has been really frustrating. It has been hard on my moods. I find myself longing for something to help get me through my long days. Wishing I had some distraction from my hard moments. At the same time I feel my nervous system repairing and that I am far less effected things in my environment. In some ways I feel like I can be more strong in myself. I think my nervous system can handle more as I am not spending several hours a day in a parasympathetic dominant state. I miss the ritual of it but how quickly I forget the shakes and racing thoughts. It has allowed me to see just how addicted people are to any number of substances. My strict intermittent fasting has helped me to see this even more clearly. So many health issues that people have make sense when viewed through the lense of addiction. how many people are worried about toxins in their food while drinking caffeine which the liver has to work so hard to process out. When I quit drinking or did my weight loss I really believed that my success would be impressive to others. I wanted to be inspirational overcoming so many obstacles. This was my ego hoping for a reward for my effort. Last year I lost 45 pounds and got very light, I posted my before and after pics. I thought people would see how fat I was or how I grew up fat or learn about my alcoholism and I would end up on Oprah or something. I was wrong. I'm a grown man and I have done my changes for me. There is no prize waiting for you beyond your own self respect. Self respect comes from self discipline and my self respect is worth more to me than anything else I have. I will admit I have had the hardest time with the chocolate. I miss it and that is definitely what seems to call me the most often. I tell myself I can have chocolate again, just not today. I have said it every day. I still get a sensation in my head like the caffeine head ache about every other day. This doesn't hurt and I'm guessing that my brain is continuing to acclimate to the increased blood flow. If you are trying to quit any substance stick with it. It is both important for your health but also for self mastery. No one not even me would have believed what I have over come. With all these physical addictions gone I hope to focus those resources on my inner addictions and weaknesses. Which seems like an even greater task. I see why most never get past the physical struggles as the inner work is like standing in front of a mountain that has to be moved one handful at a time. But I look back at who I was and am so proud of the things I have learned and who I have become. My progress keeps pushing me further and further toward my goal of self mastery and truly being aware. you8 don't know who you really are until you are standing with no crutches. As always my favorite quote (I don't know the source) "You never know if the problem you face is fundamentally unsolvable or if you are one step away from solving it." The quote haunts me as the failures and things I have given up on may have been so close to complete so keep going. How sad to quit right before you strike gold. I'm going to keep going. Tattoos - Think Before You Ink7/24/2019 I was once a young punk rocker with a studded leather jacket. I got my first tattoo at 18. I then waited until I was about 27. I was in Indiana, a place where you don't see too many full sleeve tattoos. I had just gotten in the best shape of my life and was happy to show off my new physique. I was running a lot in the sun shine then. I knew nothing about the benefits of sun and looking back can see that this was a major contributor to my improved health. I decided to get a full tattoo sleeve down my left arm that stretched over my heart. I did this in all black ink. I didn't notice any negative reactions to the ink right away but I did notice that once I uncovered the tattoo and returned to running in the sun, it quickly started to fade. So what did I do? I had the guy go over it again....face palm, I know. Fast forward a few years and I am now in California where full sleeves are far more prevalent. I was disappointed at how mine had turned out so I decided to go get it touched up with color. I had just gotten my tooth fillings worked on, which is a whole different blog post but just know that I had been exposed to a lot of heavy metals. I was also under an extreme amount of of stress at the time. Looking back, it was clear that I had very low charge. I got a lot of color and the worst part is that the tattoo artist had extra red ink left over, so he offered to let me fill things in for free. I was all excited about this and had him add a bunch of red, which I now know has the highest toxicity of ink colors. I very quickly started to have all kinds of health issues that lasted for years. The tattoos were not the only cause of my issues but getting a sleeve done three times and adding the color was clearly a huge issue for me. I have repaired a tremendous amount of damage done to my body from bad decisions but my biggest regret for my health are my tattoos. I am stuck with them. There are many problems with tattoos. This seems obvious but they are permanent. There is no good way to get rid of tattoos. You may think that laser removal is an option. Not for me as I have far too much skin covered. I did go and get a small section removed with a laser. This was far worse than getting a tattoo. Nothing could have prepared me for the pain along with how long it took to heal. I had a seeping wound on my arm for weeks. I also got very sick and had very bad toxic symptoms right away as the laser removal releases all the metals and toxins from the skin into the blood stream. This leads me into toxins. I know people in alternative health that promote organic foods and at the same time are getting tattoos. I try to tell them that non-organic food does not even compare to the toxicity from tattoos. Tattoos fade some over time, and this is because the lymphatic system is constantly trying to break down and remove the toxins from the body. This compromises your bodies ability to detox from everything else it is being exposed to. The skin is like a solar panel that absorbs natural light which increases charge and tells your body what time it is among other functions. The opposite is true if the light is artificial. This becomes even worse when tattoos are involved as unnatural light distorts the ability for the solar panel to work properly. Fake, LED light is filtered through the toxic metals and causes many issues in the body which becomes even more dangerous and destructive when you are in a high wifi environment or 5G. The unnatural frequencies from tech interact with the metals in tattoos. They act like a net for wifi causing major mitochondrial issues in the body. I spent some time in LA and in the same way that my tattoo arm gets hot from sunlight more than my normal arm, in a 5G jungle my arm literally buzzes from the high frequency like a skin-embedded antenna which is exactly what a tattoo is. I was not thinking about this years ago in small town Indiana as wifi was the furthest thing from my mind at the time. I am now trapped with this toxic antenna picking up wifi over my heart and left arm. What's worse is I have red ink which tends to be filled with mercury and causes the most issues for people. When I got the red ink in some places my skin completely rejected it. The solution, keep going over it again and again. If you insist on getting a tattoo, at least avoid color. The location of tattoos matter as well. I see people with spine tattoos, neck tattoos, even tattoos on the head or like me, over the heart. All are bad but I would much rather have my arm have issues than other more important body parts. Learn from my mistakes and let others know. Every time someone complements my tattoo, especially people who are into health I let them know about my toxic mistake. The bigger the tattoo and more color it has the worse it is so if you have a small tattoo don't worry just do more right. If you, like me have a lot of tattoos then you need to do more right than your neighbor in many cases. Avoid wifi as much as possible, get as much natural light as possible and get a Magnetico Sleep Pad which prevents dental fillings from off-gassing when you are on it. I hope that there is a similar effect with my tattoos. I am meeting with Dr. Bonlie (the creator of the Magnetico) next month to get more info on these specifics, so stay tuned.
Be very careful doing anything that is permanent to the body. Tattoos cosmetic surgeries, lasic and more. The body has amazing hesaling abilities but not id we do permanent unnatural changes to it. The new craze with tattoos will be ones that can be scanned, ones that can be florecant or interact with tech. These and brain implants along with all other unnatural body alterations are dangerous. Vitamin C & Sugar - Do I need it?6/27/2019 Vitamin C gets a lot of attention these days but I'd like to look a little deeper at some of the commonly held beliefs surrounding Vit C in alternative health. Vitamin C is an electron donor and this function gives it the ability to have major benefits for health since the more electrons you retain the better your health. Most animals make vitamin C in the liver. Humans (and guinea pigs- which is why they are a good animal to do tests on) do not have the ability to make their own vitamin C and must consume it from foods. A few years back I stumbled upon the recommendation to megadoese vitamin C to bowel tolerance. My life, diet and knowledge base were very different then. I was on a glucose heavy diet and consuming vitamin C was a benefit to me but I now feel no need to consume massive amounts and if I did it would be solely from food. No one argues that vitamin C is most prevalent in sugary foods. This is because plants eat light and convert that light into sugars. The higher the light environment, the higher the sugar content. The further you go from the equator, the less vitamin C you will find until you get to the Inuits who traditionally eat a high fat, high DHA fish diet and are consume nearly no vitamin C. So the light environment provides vitamin C most in direct connection to the amount of sugars produced from plants' light consumption. This is the sugar and vitamin C connection. Sugar has disastrous effects on the body and this is why nature adds vitamin C to its sugar; the two compete. The more sugar you eat the more vitamin C you need to consume. Scurvy is an illness that develops when no vitamin C is being consumed. Scurvy was discovered when sailors would go out to sea for prolonged periods of time and not have access to vitamin C. So why aren't the Inuits or even modern day Inuits (people on the carnivore or keto diets) getting scurvy? They are not consuming sugar and in turn they don't need to consume vitamin C in the way that high sugar diets require. My guess is that the sailors where consuming carbohydrates in food and drinks that did not have vitamin C in them resulting in the negative effects of sugar without the positive effects of vitamin C to offset them. When recommended daily allowances of various vitamins were being determined it was based on average high carb diets. The truth is that the amount of vitamin C you need should be based on the amount of sugar you are consuming and the amount of sugar should be directly connected to what your light environment is like. How much vitamin C you need is very specific to you your location, diet, stress and more. Even your tech/EMF environment affects this. If you are at the equator, eat the fruit in the sun and you will get sugar and Vitamin C to oppose it without issues. If you are not, then I suggest you stay away from "Super Foods" high in sugar & vitamin C that communicate the wrong information about the environment to your body. Right now it's summer where I live and I am very tan from getting as much natural light as possible. I also guard (cover) my skin and eyes from the artificial/LED lighting and tech screens. I'm eating some berries and fruit that fit my light environment and my season. *(See my talk on Food - the where and the when tell you what to eat). As the seasons change and the amount of light in the day decreases so will my sugar and vitamin C intake decrease along with it. Another factor with Vitamin C is stress. Stress increases the need for vitamin C as stress causes many problems in the body. Caffeine is a toxic stress substance that spike cortisol and other stress hormones. If you are on a glucose diet (eating more than 10% carbs) and drinking coffee you may need even more vitamin C to help offset these issues. There is another important point. When I say vitamin C I do not mean the powered white stuff (ascorbic acid). Ascorbic Acid is chemical vitamin C. It is often grown from GMO corn or GMO mold.....yes mold. This ascorbic acid can disrupt copper in the body, which in turn disrupts zinc leading to all kinds of issues. I'm not saying no one should ever take ascorbic acid for specific contexts as it all depends on who & where you are. If you are eating doughnuts and coffee in the morning this fake vitamin C is better than nothing. However if you are interested in real health, here are some take-aways.
-Let you light environment determine the foods you eat. -The more sugar you consume, the more the vitamin C you need. -Rethink consuming caffeine and sugar. -Rethink processed ascobic acid vitamin C. -Eat whole foods that contain nature's vitamin C that will offset the natural sugars they contain. -Source your foods as seasonal and local as possible. Vitamin C has become a common substance for health and as always, the environment makes a thing good or bad. There are no blanket answers, diets, etc. If you have been feeling like you have to take extra vitamin C you may want to look into removing the things that would make you need it to begin with. Stress in The Modern Age - Part 36/22/2019 In the first two parts of this Stress In The Modern Age series I went over four of the major stressors that are causing a large number of other stressors ranging from discomfort to completely unmanaegable. Now we get to go into the solutions. Some of these solutions are inconvenient but not as inconvenient as suffering from the spectrum of physical and emotional illnesses that result from excess stress. There are as many ways to offset stress as there are stressors so be creative. Look at your specific environment and see how stress has found its way in, then chip away at it. It takes time but implement self care that does not involve chemicals to relax. It's never good to use a chemical stressor to remove stress as it keeps the cycle going. The solution to EMF - Nature & Removal I often talk about the importance of shutting off Wifi, hard-wiring your tech (ethernet cables for Internet), getting rid of your smart meter, and turning breakers off while you sleep. These are all important and the more unnatural EMF you can remove, the better you will feel. The solution to stress beyond tech removal is nature. I live near the beach and drive past it every day. It is so easy to see the nature around us from our cars. If you want to remove stress from your life you have to make nature a priority. Time spent in water or in the presence of trees is beneficial to stress reduction. The more actual time you can spend the better you will feel. At different times in my life I have found places that are nature-rich and population sparse. I have had some of my best thoughts and realizations in these places. I say this to you as well as myself. Look at how much time you really spend in nature vs indoors in front of a screen. Be honest with yourself and increase the nature time each day. Natural Light Replace artificial LED lights which are excitatory and pulse the brain and body's stress levels up. Replace them with more natural light: fire light and candles or even salt lamps are way better than what most people are using. The flicker effect mixed with the limited frequency bandwidth of light from screens and LEDs spike the brain and tells alert and awake, aka fight or flight mode. This aids consumerism as it induces a subconscious "need" for things and promotes people to make more purchases (there's a reason screens and lights in stores are blue-excitatory as opposed to orange-calming). I have done talks on light as well as this Light Calibration Blog. Look towards the sunlight (not directly at it) for 5 min, 5 times a day and when the sun goes down, limit your light exposure as much as possible. There is a reason why campfires and candle light create an atmosphere of relaxation, peace, and romance. Those are all things that happen more when you aren't stressed. Florescent/ LED lighting and screens also change the way you process carbs, lowering testosterone (know anyone with low testosterone levels?) in men and disrupts sleep and hormone balance. Get off all forms of caffeine for 60 days All forms: coffee, tea, chocolate, soda, energy drinks and everything in between. Why? Caffeine is related to stress as alcohol is related to intoxication. If you are concerned about stress in your life then taking a drug that induces a stress is a bad idea. I have written a few posts on this: Coffee In the Modern Age and even started a FB Group called: Caffeine-Free Support Group. Our society is stressed, sleep deprived, and heavily caffeinated. Unfortunately so few people are 100% caffeine-free that it is difficult to get any kind of realistic measure of the real effects of caffeine on larger scales. Since I have quit this drug I have been amazed to see just how prevalent it is and how much "health" people promote it. If I told you I want to sell you a toxic stimulant that will reduce the blood flow to your brain, spike stress hormones, and ruin your sleep there is no way you would think it would make you "bullet proof." No one with anxiety should be on caffeine and one cup (which is the size of a tea cup not a 16oz) is enough to cause major problems. I didn't know the seriousness of it until I got off. Try it, you can always go back. Quit the gym and switch to lower intensity and more restorative motion in nature especially if you are over the age of 35. I'm all for being strong but going to an LED lit/ Wifi room jacked on caffeine to over train is one of the worst things you can do for your health. Whatever you do, at the very least do it outside in natural sunlight. As a society we are far too concerned with the appearance of things. It would be far better for you to move in nature and not be shredded than to constantly injure yourself or even worse inject testosterone or other growth hormone steroids just to give the illusion of health. Let your nervous system heal and be healthy. Get in the sun and breathe. I think doing workouts in nature will give you very different results and improve your health. I have been that guy at the gym doing everything wrong just to build muscle and look the part. I feel much better not constantly tearing my body down as much as I can just so I can go tear it down again the next day. Here are some practical tips beside the ones mentioned above that I have found to be helpful.
Take magnesium baths - Stress and caffeine deplete magnesium at rapid rates so be sure to build your relaxation reserves back up by taking magnesium baths 2-3x a week. Turn on some relaxing music and enjoy. Take cat naps - In my own life getting off caffeine and reducing stress has caused me to embrace the quick power nap. It is amazing how important it is to take 10 minutes and let yourself rest mid day. If you do go caffeine-free, your nervous system is healing and repairing, so support it. Eat real, clean food - In the past I have been so focused on extremes which in part was due to my inability to sit still and relax. So instead of doing extreme cleansing or being too focused on my weight, I have been trying to stick to a clean but satisfying diet that lets me have food that isn't processed and will support my system and repair process. Listen to relaxing music - I was a punk rocker when I was younger. I still love so many of the old bands but if I want to stay in a calm and relaxed place I have to make sure the music I'm listening to matches the head space I want to be in. I have found classical good for this or even no music at all and instead enjoy tuning into the sounds in nature: birds, wind, neighborhood dogs barking, the stream down the street, ect. Last but not least.....Don't take on other people's stress and drama Life can be boring. Having just had a birthday I see how life goes by fast. People are often bored and stressed. The combination often results in stories and drama that exist in the mind as a form of entertainment. The goal of drama is often to validate its creation by getting others to participate in it. Do not do this. Let others be as stressed as they want to be. Let people feel any way they want. Stay true to you. Even though drama might be appealing to engage excitatory systems that make people frantic and entertained, it often results in a destructive crash. The more you embrace the calm and remove stress from your life the more others will try to pull you back into it. Stress in the modern age can be destructive. Make stress removal a priority today. Definitions - Quantum Health Revisited6/16/2019 Over two years ago, out of desperation, I shifted my focus away from the traditional ideas being pushed in health like nutrition and chemicals to a more quantum perspective. At the time my heart was beating out of time with my body, I was terrified and many other aspects of my heath were getting worse. I was doing everything "right". I was spending every penny I had on trying to figure out my situation. I was also sleeping on a wall with 5 smart meters on the other side of it. Once I realized the dangers of this I quickly moved and purchased a Magnetico Sleep Pad. This started me down the path of quantum health: asking where does chemistry come from. I soon realized electromagnetics is the real source of life both in my body and everywhere else. The beginning of this site before I started the blog or really built the content was this doc which can be found on the Health Resources page. I have updated it slightly as I have learned a massive amount of info since then. I hope this helps to redefine some words for you. Please share any questions or comments you may have. Quantum HealthEach person should alter their protocols based on their specific environment
(Example a person in a city is different than a person that is not etc.) It is important to note that in no way negates bio-chemistry, it actually fulfills it. This is the flip side of the same coin. Bio-chemistry tends to be the thing we focus on but we also need to look at what is behind it at what powers it. Many of these topics can be very complex and my goal is to simplify them for better basic understanding. This is just the start of my potential explanation. Energy: People often say they "need more energy" or "that person has good energy" ect. They are referring to actual measurable electrical current in the body. Realize the desire for energy is not chemical, it is electrical (electro-magnetic) and a person with good energy literally contains more light than most others. Definitions Life = light/energy expressed through a vessel (body) Light = energy / information / frequency /time Water = The electrical conductor within a cell created throughout the electron chain transfer process. Magnetism = Increases the charge of electrons (unidirectional) in line with the earth's magnetosphere (a traditional bi-polar magnetic field will pull energy from one place and send it to another and has an acupuncture effect). Electrons = sub-atomic: A particle" that converts itself into the elements through complexity arrangements with other electrons and density shifts. They are electromagnetic and express a frequency called quanta (negatively charged). Electron Video Mitochondria = The powerhouse or engine of the cell where electron transfer takes place. DHA = Converts sunlight to DC electric current and back to light. It is the most concentrated in the eye and then the brain and cells. Exercise = Creates charge through the piezo-electric effect that bio-feeds back to the brain. Sleep = When the body emits a fluctuating frequency to the tissues of the body to tell the new cells what to become (aka healing). Food = Substances that insert electrons of different types (light information) into the gut surfaces. One of three inputs (gut, eye, skin) that tell your body about the environment you are in. Addiction = The search for additional charge. Biology/chemical reactions = (example digestion) Flow from these things into complexity that goes far beyond this document. This is intended to be the foundational understanding of health as energy and energy as light/ information/ electromagnetism. Note- Our bodies use DC (direct current) and work with unidirectional magnetism (in line with the earths natural magnetic field). Wall plugs and technology that's plugged into the grid are set to 60 htz AC (alternating current) and are dissonant with your body's DC. An example of why this is a problem is the flicker effect from a florescent light. It is flickering faster than your eye can see but your brain must still process the switch that is happening 60 times per second. This is a stressor. 3 Primary Surfaces – to receive light: -eye -skin -gut Probiotics = Express light in the gut where sunlight is not present and interact with the light expressed from food. Fluoride = Blocks the semi-conduction of water. Heavy Metals = (unhealthy transition metals) - Alter the charge and communication of the cell and have a positive charge. What is a person = Light filled, electromagnetic receiver/ grounder/ transmitter. We are essentially nature's mobile bio-tech. Love - Positive human interaction/ physical interaction via electron exchange/ sharing light. Spoken word – Frequency from sound that communicates to the tissues of the body. Toxins = Positively charged particles that enter the cell when the sodium potassium pump on the cell wall is not charged. They enter through the calcium channel that is opened as a backup mechanism to keep the cell wall charge balanced, causing calcification over time. nnEMF = Non-native electromagnetic frequencies: Frequency distractions that can enter the body and act as a microwave that dehydrates the cells from the inside out. They cause dissonance within the frequency communications of the body, leading to all sorts of mitochondrial diseases. EMF = Natural electromagnetic frequencies which are emitted from the electrons and in turn the mitochondria, the cell, the organs and us. The sun also emits EMF which powers all life on the planet from the outside. Inflammation = A positive charge imbalance in the body that results in chaos/illness/time mismatch of hormones and chemicals. Ways to lose electrons: – Stress -mental -physical -chemical -electromagnetic / blue light / frequency distortion /NNEMF -environmental Goal of health: -To retain light, gain more electrons than you loose, and increase charge. Ways to Increase Quantum Health Light - Get more full spectrum natural light from the sun in appropriate doses. Light Video Water - Drink non-fluoridated water and eat fat for intracellular water creation. Magnetism - Have higher charge on the electrons that you have (Magnetico Sleep Pad). Electrons - Preserve and get more electrons. Ways to get electrons: -food (healthy fats contain 147atp vs glucose 36atp - this is the simple reason to use fats as fuel) -earthing -sunlight Mitochondria - Anything that increases the function of mitochondria will boost electron transfer and increase energy in the body. Mitochondria Video DHA - Consume high amounts of fish/seafood for increased conversion of sunlight. Exercise - Use motion to engage the piezoelectric effect. Sleep – Guard your eye clock, rest with the moon, wake with the sun. Avoid stressors, toxins, nnEMF. The end goal is to restore the DNA and increase life. We evolved in nature so our bodies know its frequencies but our technology is distorting the frequencies that our body uses to communicate with itself and the environment. Sleep In The Modern Age6/14/2019 People are not sleeping and as a result they are not healing. The modern world is making it harder than ever to sleep. You might think it's stress making your mind race and your ears ring at night. In a sense it is true, but is more likely a result of the stressors you can't see that are relatively new to our environment. There are a million reasons why people aren't sleeping but here are some big categories to look at: -Light -Tech (wifi) and non-native EMF -Substances -Reduced charge I was Light - The modern tech light environment is telling us to wake up because it is largely excitatory blue light. Street lamps, home lighting, business lighting, and even cars now use predominantly LED lighting with stripped frequency for higher efficiency. The cost of higher efficiency is damage to our biology. We are constantly in front of cell phone, computer, and TV screens but don't seem to realize that light is information as far as our biology is concerned. I have done numerous blogs and talks about light so please check those out. Tech - Tech is another major theme of this site. It is so very difficult to get people to understand what frequencies really are, how they affect us, and how the amount of exposure has grown exponentially. All non-native (unnatural) electromagnetic frequencies (nnEMF) have an effect on or natural frequencies. Our natural frequencies are most active as we sleep in order for our cells to repair. The process of frequency (information) that's expressed over a spectrum to our dividing cells requires a lot of power or charge. So much that we can't be moving around during this process...and this is a major reason why we sleep. All "smart" tech or wireless tech, smart meters, cell phones, wifi, and on and on are affecting us in ways we can't imagine. I was just talking with a client who is receptive to the idea that EMF pollution is an issue and she asked about the signals we are exposed to. I told her to go to the wifi section of her computer and see how many signals her computer (receiver) is picking up. Her jaw dropped as it had not occurred to her that she is being bombarded with all those signals 24 hours a day. Don't get overwhelmed, just allow that feeling to motivate change. The worse the tech environment is, the more we have to do right which is why I'm writing this to you now. Substances- Caffeine - I did a blog about coffee about 2 weeks ago. I since ended my love affair with chocolate and am now 100% caffeine free. In my blog post I explained why caffeine in the modern world has a very different effect than it once did, even just 10 years ago. I have shared my caffeine-free experience with several others and it is amazing how many "I only have one cup" or "I just drink black tea" comments I get as an excuse to continue. It takes weeks for the blood flow to return to normal after just one cup of coffee. Go off 100% of caffeine for a month and you'll be amazed at the withdrawal symptoms you experience. No one with sleep or anxiety issues should be on caffeine. Melatonin - This is a hormone and when you take it you won't make it internally. If you are taking melatonin please consider going off. If you are on caffeine and on melatonin, this will create a snowball effect of problems down the road. Supplementation shouldn't be taken so lightly as it impedes your body's natural ability to produce what is needed in real time. THC - Although it may help you initially fall asleep, any form of THC keeps you from getting into the deeper states of sleep. It can cause major issues to your REM. If you regularly take THC try going off and start a dream journal. I'm confident you will see what I mean after 3-4 weeks of consistency. Alcohol- Any form of alcohol (yes, wine too) is bad news for sleep. The effects of this drug do damage on so many levels especially in the modern tech world we live in. I don't think I need to embellish much here as the effects of alcohol are pretty well established and known at this point. If you want to experience your true sleep potential, get off all these substances 100% for at least a month. Low charge - So many things including all forms of prolonged stress and aging reduce the body's charge. The simplest explanation of aging I can think of is reduced charge potential. The best solution for this besides the info above is a 20 gauss Magnetico sleep pad. I have done a number of posts on this as well. They aren't cheap but if people knew the true benefit it has on sleep and overall health, they would find a way. Magnetico offers interest-free financing on 6 payments over 6 months and I can offer you 15% off with my discount code: ROBA. So many of my friends, family, and clients have purchased one and have all been very grateful they did. You can check them out at the link below. Magnetico Sleep Pad I had to do a sleep post. I am getting next level sleep in a way I have never known. Here is a list of some of the things I do
I kill the breakers in my bed room at night. I sleep on a magneticio sleep pad . I use only candles and salt lamps in the house at night. I wear blue-tech (blue blocker) glasses when driving or exposed to screens at night. I am 100% sober from alcohol, THC, caffeine, and any other mind-altering substances. I use incline bed therapy (raising the head end of the bed up 6") I keep a lot of indoor plants in my home. I have no wifi in my home, out Internet is hard-wired. I turn all devicess and cell phones off or on airplane mode at night. I am now in the process of putting up a custom bed canopy that will shield me from any EMF signals while I sleep. The pre-made canopies on the market are unfortunately not high quality and I don't vouch for any of them. I got a very specific fabric from Sheilded Healing and had it sewn into a canopy. This is a very unique hack and I am very excited to take my sleep, (which has been really amazing) to the next level. I plan on doing a video and blog post on this as soon asI have it all put together. Tech does not sleep and if you are wired in it, neither will you. The best way to get healthy is to get truly restorative sleep and unfortunately I think that's a very rare thing these days. Make it a priority. If you need help with your sleep environment or if you know someone who is struggling with sleep, please share this and/or schedule a consult today. I'd love to help.
