Neurogenisis Vs. Depression Revisited12/15/2020 On 1-10-19, almost 2 years ago I wrote the first of a 4 part blog series called Neurogenesis vs Depression. A lot has changed for me as my wedding picture here shows. I had struggled with depression in different ways and at different times throughout my life and at that time I was very alone but was having some very needed realizations. In the blog I was able to use some videos showing the brain forming new connections. The realizations I was having changed my brain and I can say even though I still have my bad days, my life is a 1000 times more happy and fulfilling than it was before this blog series. I believe that these realizations allowed me to fall in love and and be in a healthy relationship, as well as be a good parent to Caden (Angel's 6 year old). I have not been putting out many blogs lately as my life has gotten very practical with my family and job taking up my thoughts. I also feel like I figured out a lot of things but I don't want to just repeat myself over and over with simple content as it is boring to me and probably my readers, like the youtube personalities that just talk about keto diets year after year. In any case I wanted to come back to this series. The first blog has now been edited (thanks Angela) and I hope that you will take the time to take a look but also to share it with anyone who may be struggling with depression or addiction in these very strange times. The other 3 parts will be edited and re-released soon. Neurogenesis Vs Depression Part 1Next Blog
