The Big Puzzle Of Health2/27/2024 Over the past twenty years there have been certain concepts that I have learned about that are like cheat codes for how to view the world. These concepts are universal. One of them is what I call "fractal intelligence." Simply put, fractals are a repeating, scalable occurrence. For example a tree is a fractal. A smaller branch off a larger branch, a smaller branch off that branch and so on. Fractals are often best understood through visuals, so here's a pic. Everything in nature is constructed fractally. The human body is fractal. Understand that as you go deeper into the body everything gets smaller and effects everything above it like a reverse pyramid. Everything springs from the trunk of the tree and the trunk of the tree that is your body is inside the mitochondria of your cells. Go with me into the body. There is the body-----> an organ------> a cell--------> mitochondria (the power house of the cell)------>electron chain transport (the process of power creation). We are now deep in the body and the power generated in electron chain transport is the power for everything above it; your body; you. There are many complex processes that take place here and I'm going to simplify this as much as possible. At this level, hydrogen mixes with oxygen. When this happens it creates charge and guess what else...H2O...water. What's really interesting is that the charge that is created by the process of making water is then stored in the water. ATP is also created in this process and typically gets all the attention, but I think the charge and water creation is a lot more fascinating and relevant to our health. Do you see the H2O at the bottom right side? This is what I'm talking about. When I first learned about this my mind was blown. Water is essentially the quantum battery for charge that is responsible for life as we know it. I'm going to stop here and pull us back to the body and I'll come back to this. Keto diets- I somewhat loathe keto diet fads because they use the diet for all the wrong reasons, like looking shredded (which is just a result of extra-cellular water loss). They typically ignore the real benefits of allowing the body to run on fat as opposed to glucose. The health industry will sell ketone products when all that is required is fatty meat, butter or even body fat. Ketosis is truly an amazing process where the body uses fat as fuel to feed the intercellular water creation process. Most people on a keto diet eat a lot of high oxalate foods such as nuts and greens, which offset the positive benefits of ketosis because now you are accumulating toxic oxalates in large quantities. The reason people lose weight fast on keto diets is because when you switch from running on glucose (sugar) to fat, you switch from relying on the water you drink to creating intercellular water (like I mentioned in the last section). This switch results in water weight loss. When you switch off of a keto diet, the water weight will return. I was very into this stuff a few years ago. Why did I stop? Coffee, and kidney pain. I understood that sugar was a problem and that my brain function improved when eating keto, but at first my focus was on being low carb and it caused other problems and I didn't know why. Then I tried keto-carnivore. This made sense to me but then I had tremendous kidney pain and it was unsustainable. The other problem was that I was drinking coffee (as most keto and even carnivores do). Don't get me started on how frustrating this is. In any case, I moved on from these diets and put them on the back burner as I was stumped by these bad side-effects. Over the next few years I kept learning, but I also quit coffee (one of the best decisions ever) and I learned about oxalate, which revealed why I had the kidney pain. It was caused by oxalate dumping whenever I would engage a low oxalate diet. I didn't know oxalate dumping was even a thing or how dangerous it can be. After some time, I went back on a keto-carnivore diet (modified for oxalate dumping), and realized that I wasn't really drinking much water. In fact, when I got thirsty I craved butter. Suddenly it clicked and I remembered all the time I'd spent learning about intercellular water creation. Why didn't I have this years ago when I was trying keto carnivore? Coffee has a diuretic effect, meaning it causes you to release water. (when I talk about coffee this applies to all caffeine products) It also disrupts mineral balance and reduces blood flow to the brain by 30-40% after one cup. What does this mean? When you are creating water from fat it is far less abundant in the body (which is why people lose water weight on keto). You can't create intercellular water and function optimally when your taking a drug that makes you shed this precious intercellular water. The most mitochondria reside in the brain and heart. Reduced blood flow to the brain means reduced oxygen, which is needed to mix with hydrogen to create water. Caffeine disrupts the intercellular water process and addicts you so you keep disrupting it day after day. It is a brilliant plant poison that many foolish carnivores still consume. No one who is addicted to a substance should be asked if their drug is good or not. How many people are addicted to this? The number of people who can truly experience the benefits of intercellular water creation is minuscule. Because I had given up coffee and cleared a lot of oxalate, I am now able to get the true benefits of intercellular water creation. This brought me back to deuterium. On 11-29-18 I wrote a blog called Deuterium and Enlightenment At this time I was just starting to understand deuterium. What is deuterium? It's confusing is what it is, but basically the water you drink is high in deuterium along with most foods at different levels, except for fat. Deuterium is essentially heavy hydrogen. Hydrogen is the first element on the periodic table if you are wondering how far down the fractal levels we are going. Deuterium isn't a toxin, but should be balance in the body. When you spend more time in the sugar/drinking water phase than the keto/intercellular water phase it builds up and breaks down the mitochondria, which power the cells within your organs, and illness ensues. Deuterium accumulation in mitochondria is a root cause all the way down in the electron chain transfer part of the fractal tree that is you. What does this mean? It means that the water you drink is not pure like the water that you make. This is why fasting can lead to health and consciousness breakthroughs when you can optimize the system to make water instead of drinking it. Deuterium is re-balanced by the process of intercellular water creation because the water you create (unlike the water that you drink) has no deuterium. If you are alive, you are making inter-cellular water to some degree, but not nearly as much as when you are fasting or running on fat (keto/carnivore). This is why both animals and humans often fast when they get sick. It takes time to get fat adapted to this system if you have been running on glucose your whole life, like most people. There is a negative cost for consuming anything beyond what you need, including water. Fun fact #1: bears are able to hibernate for months in the winter without drinking any water by relying on their fat stores to create water for them. Fun fact #2: Camels humps are made of fat this fat can be used to make intercellular water unlike a horse that has no fat humps to tap into. Humans ability to get fat is what has helped us survive and in the modern world we have lost touch with the way we need to live in order to thrive. This all gets very deep and has many implications (cure for cancer type stuff), but for now this is the process of health I would recommend (in this order). Most never get through step 1. 1. Quit all drugs - If you are on alcohol, nicotine, weed, caffeine , pills or hard drugs, focus on quitting. Get in control over the addictive mind that says consume...more ... more. This is important both physically and psychologically. 2. Quit man-made food - Processed food isn't food. If you're putting lots of man made chemicals in your mouth focus on stopping that before moving on. 3. Go low oxalate - Clear your oxalate load so you can engage the water creation process. If you don't stop over consuming oxalate your will have negative health effects that hurt the different aspects of intercellular water creation. 4. Go keto (low-carb) to get fat adapted. I suggest cycling seasonally at first. Incorporate intermittent fasting to get used to not consuming all the time and getting fat adapted. 5. Go keto-carnivore (without coffee) (Bonus health hack: sleep on a Magnetico to boost your charge) This process can and probably should take years. Of course there are many more factors such as exercise, EMF exposure and more, but I'm focusing on the steps it would take to experience deuterium depletion through intercellular water creation. Once you optimize your system you deplete excess deuterium and create a situation where disease can't exist. Once here, you don't eat or drink much and what you do consume is protein with a focus on fat. Important Note I am not saying you should never eat carbs or drink water. If you are thirsty drink water. Like everything in nature this system was intended to be used seasonally for human survival not for human pleasure. When it is hot you will sweat and then need to drink more water but in the winter you should not have the same water need. Historical man would build up deuterium, fat and oxalate from eating carbs in the summer in small amounts at the time of the season when plants eat light to make sugar. Then excess deuterium and oxalate would be shed during the winter and the fat stores built up in the fall would be used for fuel to survive the winter. My point is that if you have spent and entire life in the accumulation faze it may take much longer than a season to return to balance. Just like our daily sleep cycle if you used coffee to stay up all night, throwing the balance off, you may then need more than eight hours of sleep to return to balance. The modern world is so out of touch with the idea of letting you environment tell you how to live. Coffee for example doesn't grow in cold climates which is why people in zero degree weather that should be in deep ketosis are more negatively effected by it than people at the equator. It is my belief that even in hot climates over consumption of anything will throw you out of balance. Too much food and water where not issues in history. Nature has made perfect systems and our refusal to submit to those systems comes with a cost like the cancer rate. As I write this I am still experiencing oxalate dumping symptoms so I have to keep on that track as I go. The best thing is to know what is optimal and then all your choices can be filtered through that lens. Very few of us long for the unknown. I was once a fat, heavy-smoker, alcoholic, coffee addict. My brain didn't work. My anxiety was through the roof. I was depressed and miserable but I had my addictions. Now I want the opposite. The less un-essential foods I consume the better off I am. Even water, to a point. You only need enough fat and protein to maintain the system, to not run out of stored fat to create water, and to store charge and power the system that is you. When I see fat people I see low charge humans carrying tons of fuel to make magical intercellular water that they will likely never tap into. It is sad. Many are focused on drinking the best water. While you certainly want the water you drink to be as clean as possible, the purest water you can get is the water you can create, because it's new. Illness is not a mystery. The alt-health industry like the junk food industry never wants you to stop consuming, so this will not be a popular message. There is a cost to consuming more than you need. Is this totally impractical? Probably for most in the modern world. Most generations of man before us faced the other extreme. If you have spent your entire life accumulating oxalate and deuterium, it will take more to offset decades worth of build-up. If you are young you don't have to be as extreme. If you are old you may not have time to get rid of it all. If you have lived a very unhealthy life like me you will have to be more extreme to offset it. There is no escape from our choices. To be special you can't do what normal people do. I have many blogs to help explain some of these topics. Please feel free to reach out to me with questions or comments. There is a product called Litewater that is deuterium depleted. It is very expensive. I am going to try it but only because I am deep in ketosis and am consuming very little water. It will be interesting to see if the small amount of water that I will be drinking will be deuterium depleted. If you are rich and want to drink this in normal life great but I wouldn't suggest it until you have done the steps.
