Using Common Sense In An Uncommon Way
My goal is to distill complex health concepts into understandable behaviors that can be applied to day to day life. All my ideas should work practically and use common sense.
I am happy to help you build a healthy life whatever your goals may be.

About Rob
Become The Best Version of Yourself This is Rob Alexander’s goal for his clients. Rob’s own arduous journey to personal wellness is shared openly with clients to help them understand how the body’s illness cycle works so they can reboot their body, mind and spirit safely and naturally, gaining mental clarity and finding their happiness once again. My Story Rob was born to an unhealthy mother, removed at birth and passed around to a few different families and even had a few different names. Eventually, he was adopted by a well-intentioned, but nutritionally ill-informed family. He remembers receiving amalgam fillings containing the heavy metal, mercury. Upon leaving the dentist he became violently ill, clearly a reaction to the mercury in his system. His own body’s illness cycle led him immediately gain weight and suffer from depression and anxiety. Growing up in an inner city Rob faced many trials and traumas that come along with that type of environment, both at home and school. As a teen, he lost a large amount of weight by eating mostly white bread which is paradoxical to his specialty now: understanding the connection between food, bacteria and organisms. Although he was slim, his body was sick and deficient. He began to cope with life’s trials by drinking daily and chain smoking to feed these deficiencies which would later lead him to make the important connection between addictions and legitimate nutritional deficiencies. It wasn’t until Rob went through a second dental filling removal as an adult that he could say his illness cycle was repaired he could truly get to a stable level of health. As long as he can remember Rob has been asking why things are the way they are perhaps in part to his own system’s framework being relatively unknown due to his adoption. He is fascinated with history, external and internal systems and political science. In college, as a passionate researcher he questioned his economics professors, looking for deeper truths. When they didn’t have the answers he expected, he began developing his own political critique model that later became spectrum theory and ideas on what he describes as “the god point.” At the time his theories were still in development but he shared them with a close friend. When that friend turned down a dark path Rob was so shaken he decided to shelve his studies and turned his attention towards entrepreneurial business projects, namely real estate. In 2008, when the housing market bubble burst Rob lost everything. It was a dark time in his life personally too. His drinking had gone beyond functional alcoholic to full-blown addict. He knew he must change his life or he could die. He stopped drinking on his own accord and has been sober ever since. He needed a job as his real estate career was no longer an option so he took a position as a resident counselor for 16 teenage boys at a drug rehab facility. He studied their habits, listened to their stories and pulled from his own lifelong battle of addiction to food, alcohol and nicotine to influence program development at the facility, analyzing the addictive mind. Rob dug deep into researching supplements and their effects on the body’s organs and the neuro pathways of the brain. After moving to the San Luis Obispo area, Rob came into the natural health industry in various capacities, all of which have helped him gain a deeper understanding of the body’s illness cycle, deficiencies and how those deficiencies must be met to reduce toxicity in the body. Through Rob’s own self-taught significant gains in his health to understanding strategic dosing of various supplements and how they can reverse damage in the body, he shares his successes with his clients in layman’s terms that are easily understood so they too can achieve optimum health and wellness. He has personally addressed illness in his own life, repairing his liver, kidneys, gut, brain and circulation, bacterial imbalance and severe digestive issues. Rob longs to tell others the valuable and often misunderstood concepts that no one told him. He is passionate about guiding others through the maze of natural health and wellness. My Approach
Wellness & Self Improvement Rob Alexander strives to connect with people from all walks of life who share the goal of optimizing wellness. I aim to share the true nature of the cycles of depletion, toxicity, and inflammation which contribute to many ailments while also addressing the neuro plasticity that is required for lasting change. This utilizes the intelligence of many modalities that recognize the universal aspects of a person as well as the variations that make us all unique. Philosophy The foundation of my approach is the recognition that life is made up of repetition and variation. By first addressing the components of the individual that repeat, we can focus on a targeted approach to the variation that results in an optimal life for the customer. Our bodies are made up of systems. These systems all are made to function in a similar way. They all have commonalities but they also have differences. For example all fingers have certain things in common and we can learn a lot about them but each finger print is different. I am not a doctor and do not treat any conditions, however I do know that applying intelligence to the systems of the body by supporting the various systems often allows the body to repair itself in magnificent ways. Let's work together to give you the healthy vibrant life you deserve. The Illness Cycle In my studies I have noticed a connection between deficiency, toxicity and inflammation which often results in a neurological scenario where the body learns to operate around the cycle. I recognize the importance of defusing each of the three parts of the illness cycle and then retraining the brain to function in a way that does not reengage the illness cycle. A large spectrum of different types of illness and disease come from the cycle. The symptoms may be different but the cause is the same. The Behavior Cycle The body and mind work together. Your brain is physically changed both by biological chemicals as well as conceptual thought; behaviors are the expression of the combination of the two. It is vital to simultaneously address both the physical and conceptual parts of the brain for you behaviors to change. We must work with the conscious and subconscious mind to rewire the brain to achieve lasting results. Many times our behaviors are influenced by legitimate unknown deficiencies. Once we meet the deficiency we can shift the behavior in a new direction. Rates
