Confused about high fat and low fat diets yet?
Making sense of food -
List off all the foods in nature that mix fats and carbs (I don't mean fiber carb I mean glucose carbs)
I can't think of any. Nature fixes the protein and then cycles fats and carbs. The eskimo is high fat low carb the person at the equator is low fat high carb. This has everything to do with light but that's another story.
Think about junk food, pizza, chips and dip, ice cream ect.
Wghat are they? A mix of fats and carbs. Thats the problem. We are hybrid cars.
Fat is electric and carbs are gas. There are gas stations on every corner which makes them easy to get to but it is a dirty burning fuel and electric is more difficult to get to but burns clean. Only a fool who drives a hybrid refused to access the other fuel when it needs it meaning. A person with a low battery that refuses to use gas doesn't move and a person how runs out of gas but refuses to use electric doesn't move. Our bodies are hybrids and can run on fat (ketones) or glucose (carbs and protein)
Combining the two is the problem. A hybrid car needs to either run on gas or electric but never both at the same time. Meat and potatoes are different than meat alone. This is why the carnivore diet is coming up. Eating only fruit and no fat is why the fruititarian diet is coming up. Whats the worst diet on that mixes fats and carbs year round. If you live in a place with 4 seasons then more fat in the winter and more carbs in the summer but not both at the same time. Any diet that doesn't combine fats and carbs will be healthier than a diet that does. (of coarse this assumes location and low deuterium which is not aan easy assumption but the point stands.)
A body builder on a bulk eats chicken breast and rice- low fat high carb to spike the insulin and shuttle the protein into the muscle. Carbs and protein to grow, Ketones (low insulin to shrink) The same body builder on a cut will reduce the carbs and continue the protein and use the body fat as fuel to lean out before a show.

Keto protein - ( Tjhis doesn't exist and is a lie) remember protein converts to glucose not ketones so it tastes good because it is a mix of fats and sugar (in the form of powdered protein) but it's not healthy for the same reason pizza isn't. Protein in nature is often connected to fat to digest slow and not processed to spike the insulin like protein powder.
Things to be aware of - everything needs to be cycled. So use a hybrid don't stall your body refusing to use the other fuel.
Fruit is high in deuterium - that's also another issue.
