So it happened...I ate Bacon yesterday. I recorded it. It is clear that mixing fats with carbs is the problem no study that measures meat eaten with potatoes counts as a meat study. The video is an authentic look at my thought process. Nature doesn't mix them and that is not an accident. Bacon and eggs is different than bacon with eggs toast Orange juice, sugar in the coffee and hash browns on the side. Those are mixed all together in the stomach and make two completely different fuel substances for the body. I didn't know. The last time I ate a bacon it was on a burger king burger with all the sauces, the bun a large fry and a coke. I thought that the bacon was the problem so I cut out the meat bacon and cheese. i didn't know going low fat high carb the way I did was the best way to make an alcoholic in a lab setting. I was a kid relatively poor kid in the inner city where no one seemed to know anything about health and when I went high carb I lost fat and set the stage for the next 15 years of suffering that followed.
fast forward to this morning..... I wasn't sure how I would feel physically but just great. I woke up to more bacon this morning. Being very dialed in at this point with keto/carivor like diet based on light and time the bacon addition gives me a good option to eat. I did my 6 month transformation Before & After and wanted to take the month of December to really figure out what to do next. I've been gaining weight and strength in a good way. I see so clearly that different types of ego and indoctrination effect us so later. I feel about veganism much the way I felt about not being a Christian anymore after having been risen in the church. I am much more spiritually healthy after Christianity and much more healthy physically after veganism. Some of the other blogs I have posted recently really show my process. Its getting more and more simple. understanding mitochondria and charge have really helped me to see that nature stabilizes fats and protein in fat much better than plants and that the light that a plants contain must be consumed at the right time so that it communicates the proper time to the body. The future is in high fat/animal product diets where there is an option to consume them. I have never felt better than I do today. Physically but mentally. Veganism is a low charge diet and if you are young with good mitochondria you can do it but please don't think that I have good mitochondria. In fact everything I do whether it be cold or fat or light that boost mitochondrial function the better I feel. I am the canary in the coal mine. I am what is coming. I've been fat and sick and anxious and depressed and addicted. I've been vegan and sick and "detoxing" for years never knowing how the body actual detoxes. I will never use the word detox again instead I will always talk about charge as a high charge body is one that naturally detoxes. The question for health is does it increase my charge? With bacon the answer is yes, low deuterium, high good fat to fuel my mitochondria. I was holding on to some idea that bacon would be a problem. I have let go of so many false health ideas. A big reason I am doing this blog and this site is because I told so many people to be vegan. I was wrong. I'm sorry. I'm still learning and this is my process. but I will tell you that I feel much better than I did. Now I gotta go eat more bacon.
