The Toxicity And Obesity ConnectionMany people work out, eat right and feel badly about themselves because of struggles with weight. In some cases extra weight is the bodies attempt to diversify toxins that are stored in fat.
|
The goal is to be a thin and healthy person not a sick skinny person. It is important that weight loss involves detoxification in order for the weight loss to be long term and sustainable. |
It is important to lose weight strategically and at a slow enough rate with the proper healthy protocols so that toxins are processed out of the body. My guess is that there is a connection between major weight loss and breast/brain or other cancers a year later as the toxins stored in the body fat were redeposited into the remaining fatty parts of the body resulting in illness.
