Calories Matter- Macro's Matter- Micro's Matter - Exercise Matters - Time Matters
What you eat is important but When you eat is also very important. I really like intermittent fasting and have been using a 24 clocks to show my eating window, fasting window and also what goes on in the body during those times. If you take the same amount of calories, the same macro's and spread them out over a long period of time the result of those foods will be different in the body because time matters.
