Vitamin C gets a lot of attention these days but I'd like to look a little deeper at some of the commonly held beliefs surrounding Vit C in alternative health. Vitamin C is an electron donor and this function gives it the ability to have major benefits for health since the more electrons you retain the better your health. Most animals make vitamin C in the liver. Humans (and guinea pigs- which is why they are a good animal to do tests on) do not have the ability to make their own vitamin C and must consume it from foods.
A few years back I stumbled upon the recommendation to megadoese vitamin C to bowel tolerance. My life, diet and knowledge base were very different then. I was on a glucose heavy diet and consuming vitamin C was a benefit to me but I now feel no need to consume massive amounts and if I did it would be solely from food.
No one argues that vitamin C is most prevalent in sugary foods. This is because plants eat light and convert that light into sugars. The higher the light environment, the higher the sugar content. The further you go from the equator, the less vitamin C you will find until you get to the Inuits who traditionally eat a high fat, high DHA fish diet and are consume nearly no vitamin C. So the light environment provides vitamin C most in direct connection to the amount of sugars produced from plants' light consumption. This is the sugar and vitamin C connection. Sugar has disastrous effects on the body and this is why nature adds vitamin C to its sugar; the two compete. The more sugar you eat the more vitamin C you need to consume.
Scurvy is an illness that develops when no vitamin C is being consumed. Scurvy was discovered when sailors would go out to sea for prolonged periods of time and not have access to vitamin C. So why aren't the Inuits or even modern day Inuits (people on the carnivore or keto diets) getting scurvy? They are not consuming sugar and in turn they don't need to consume vitamin C in the way that high sugar diets require. My guess is that the sailors where consuming carbohydrates in food and drinks that did not have vitamin C in them resulting in the negative effects of sugar without the positive effects of vitamin C to offset them.
When recommended daily allowances of various vitamins were being determined it was based on average high carb diets. The truth is that the amount of vitamin C you need should be based on the amount of sugar you are consuming and the amount of sugar should be directly connected to what your light environment is like. How much vitamin C you need is very specific to you your location, diet, stress and more. Even your tech/EMF environment affects this. If you are at the equator, eat the fruit in the sun and you will get sugar and Vitamin C to oppose it without issues. If you are not, then I suggest you stay away from "Super Foods" high in sugar & vitamin C that communicate the wrong information about the environment to your body.
Right now it's summer where I live and I am very tan from getting as much natural light as possible. I also guard (cover) my skin and eyes from the artificial/LED lighting and tech screens. I'm eating some berries and fruit that fit my light environment and my season. *(See my talk on Food - the where and the when tell you what to eat). As the seasons change and the amount of light in the day decreases so will my sugar and vitamin C intake decrease along with it.
Another factor with Vitamin C is stress. Stress increases the need for vitamin C as stress causes many problems in the body. Caffeine is a toxic stress substance that spike cortisol and other stress hormones. If you are on a glucose diet (eating more than 10% carbs) and drinking coffee you may need even more vitamin C to help offset these issues.
There is another important point. When I say vitamin C I do not mean the powered white stuff (ascorbic acid). Ascorbic Acid is chemical vitamin C. It is often grown from GMO corn or GMO mold.....yes mold. This ascorbic acid can disrupt copper in the body, which in turn disrupts zinc leading to all kinds of issues. I'm not saying no one should ever take ascorbic acid for specific contexts as it all depends on who & where you are. If you are eating doughnuts and coffee in the morning this fake vitamin C is better than nothing. However if you are interested in real health, here are some take-aways.
-Let you light environment determine the foods you eat.
-The more sugar you consume, the more the vitamin C you need.
-Rethink consuming caffeine and sugar.
-Rethink processed ascobic acid vitamin C.
-Eat whole foods that contain nature's vitamin C that will offset the natural sugars they contain.
-Source your foods as seasonal and local as possible.
Vitamin C has become a common substance for health and as always, the environment makes a thing good or bad. There are no blanket answers, diets, etc. If you have been feeling like you have to take extra vitamin C you may want to look into removing the things that would make you need it to begin with.
In the first two parts of this Stress In The Modern Age series I went over four of the major stressors that are causing a large number of other stressors ranging from discomfort to completely unmanaegable. Now we get to go into the solutions. Some of these solutions are inconvenient but not as inconvenient as suffering from the spectrum of physical and emotional illnesses that result from excess stress.
There are as many ways to offset stress as there are stressors so be creative. Look at your specific environment and see how stress has found its way in, then chip away at it. It takes time but implement self care that does not involve chemicals to relax. It's never good to use a chemical stressor to remove stress as it keeps the cycle going.
The solution to EMF - Nature & Removal
I often talk about the importance of shutting off Wifi, hard-wiring your tech (ethernet cables for Internet), getting rid of your smart meter, and turning breakers off while you sleep. These are all important and the more unnatural EMF you can remove, the better you will feel. The solution to stress beyond tech removal is nature. I live near the beach and drive past it every day. It is so easy to see the nature around us from our cars. If you want to remove stress from your life you have to make nature a priority. Time spent in water or in the presence of trees is beneficial to stress reduction. The more actual time you can spend the better you will feel. At different times in my life I have found places that are nature-rich and population sparse. I have had some of my best thoughts and realizations in these places. I say this to you as well as myself. Look at how much time you really spend in nature vs indoors in front of a screen. Be honest with yourself and increase the nature time each day.
Replace artificial LED lights which are excitatory and pulse the brain and body's stress levels up. Replace them with more natural light: fire light and candles or even salt lamps are way better than what most people are using. The flicker effect mixed with the limited frequency bandwidth of light from screens and LEDs spike the brain and tells alert and awake, aka fight or flight mode. This aids consumerism as it induces a subconscious "need" for things and promotes people to make more purchases (there's a reason screens and lights in stores are blue-excitatory as opposed to orange-calming). Look towards the sunlight (not directly at it) for 5 min, 5 times a day and when the sun goes down, limit your light exposure as much as possible. There is a reason why campfires and candle light create an atmosphere of relaxation, peace, and romance. Those are all things that happen more when you aren't stressed. Florescent/ LED lighting and screens also change the way you process carbs, lowering testosterone (know anyone with low testosterone levels?) in men and disrupts sleep and hormone balance.
Get off all forms of caffeine for 60 days
All forms: coffee, tea, chocolate, soda, energy drinks and everything in between. Why? Caffeine is related to stress as alcohol is related to intoxication. If you are concerned about stress in your life then taking a drug that induces a stress is a bad idea. I have written a few posts on this:

Our society is stressed, sleep deprived, and heavily caffeinated. Unfortunately so few people are 100% caffeine-free that it is difficult to get any kind of realistic measure of the real effects of caffeine on larger scales. Since I have quit this drug I have been amazed to see just how prevalent it is and how much "health" people promote it. If I told you I want to sell you a toxic stimulant that will reduce the blood flow to your brain, spike stress hormones, and ruin your sleep there is no way you would think it would make you "bullet proof." No one with anxiety should be on caffeine and one cup (which is the size of a tea cup not a 16oz) is enough to cause major problems. I didn't know the seriousness of it until I got off. Try it, you can always go back.
Quit the gym and switch to lower intensity and more restorative motion in nature especially if you are over the age of 35. I'm all for being strong but going to an LED lit/ Wifi room jacked on caffeine to over train is one of the worst things you can do for your health. Whatever you do, at the very least do it outside in natural sunlight.
As a society we are far too concerned with the appearance of things. It would be far better for you to move in nature and not be shredded than to constantly injure yourself or even worse inject testosterone or other growth hormone steroids just to give the illusion of health. Let your nervous system heal and be healthy. Get in the sun and breathe. I think doing workouts in nature will give you very different results and improve your health. I have been that guy at the gym doing everything wrong just to build muscle and look the part. I feel much better not constantly tearing my body down as much as I can just so I can go tear it down again the next day.
Here are some practical tips beside the ones mentioned above that I have found to be helpful.
Take magnesium baths - Stress and caffeine deplete magnesium at rapid rates so be sure to build your relaxation reserves back up by taking magnesium baths 2-3x a week. Turn on some relaxing music and enjoy.
Take cat naps - In my own life getting off caffeine and reducing stress has caused me to embrace the quick power nap. It is amazing how important it is to take 10 minutes and let yourself rest mid day. If you do go caffeine-free, your nervous system is healing and repairing, so support it.
Eat real, clean food - In the past I have been so focused on extremes which in part was due to my inability to sit still and relax. So instead of doing extreme cleansing or being too focused on my weight, I have been trying to stick to a clean but satisfying diet that lets me have food that isn't processed and will support my system and repair process.
Listen to relaxing music - I was a punk rocker when I was younger. I still love so many of the old bands but if I want to stay in a calm and relaxed place I have to make sure the music I'm listening to matches the head space I want to be in. I have found classical good for this or even no music at all and instead enjoy tuning into the sounds in nature: birds, wind, neighborhood dogs barking, the stream down the street, ect.
Last but not least.....Don't take on other people's stress and drama
Life can be boring. Having just had a birthday I see how life goes by fast. People are often bored and stressed. The combination often results in stories and drama that exist in the mind as a form of entertainment. The goal of drama is often to validate its creation by getting others to participate in it.
Do not do this. Let others be as stressed as they want to be. Let people feel any way they want. Stay true to you. Even though drama might be appealing to engage excitatory systems that make people frantic and entertained, it often results in a destructive crash. The more you embrace the calm and remove stress from your life the more others will try to pull you back into it.
Stress in the modern age can be destructive. Make stress removal a priority today.
Over two years ago, out of desperation, I shifted my focus away from the traditional ideas being pushed in health like nutrition and chemicals to a more quantum perspective. At the time my heart was beating out of time with my body, I was terrified and many other aspects of my heath were getting worse. I was doing everything "right". Each person should alter their protocols based on their specific environment
(Example a person in a city is different than a person that is not etc.)
It is important to note that in no way negates bio-chemistry, it actually fulfills it. This is the flip side of the same coin. Bio-chemistry tends to be the thing we focus on but we also need to look at what is behind it at what powers it. Many of these topics can be very complex and my goal is to simplify them for better basic understanding. This is just the start of my potential explanation.
People often say they "need more energy" or "that person has good energy" ect. They are referring to actual measurable electrical current in the body.
Realize the desire for energy is not chemical, it is electrical (electro-magnetic) and a person with good energy literally contains more light than most others.
Life = light/energy expressed through a vessel (body)
Light = energy / information / frequency /time
Water = The electrical conductor within a cell created throughout the electron chain transfer process.
Magnetism = Increases the charge of electrons (unidirectional) in line with the earth's magnetosphere (a traditional bi-polar magnetic field will pull energy from one place and send it to another and has an acupuncture effect).
Electrons = sub-atomic: A particle" that converts itself into the elements through complexity arrangements with other electrons and density shifts. They are electromagnetic and express a frequency called quanta (negatively charged).
Mitochondria = The powerhouse or engine of the cell where electron transfer takes place.
DHA = Converts sunlight to DC electric current and back to light. It is the most concentrated in the eye and then the brain and cells.
Exercise = Creates charge through the piezo-electric effect that bio-feeds back to the brain.
Sleep = When the body emits a fluctuating frequency to the tissues of the body to tell the new cells what to become (aka healing).
Food = Substances that insert electrons of different types (light information) into the gut surfaces. One of three inputs (gut, eye, skin) that tell your body about the environment you are in.
Addiction = The search for additional charge.
Biology/chemical reactions = (example digestion) Flow from these things into complexity that goes far beyond this document. This is intended to be the foundational understanding of health as energy and energy as light/ information/ electromagnetism.
Note- Our bodies use DC (direct current) and work with unidirectional magnetism (in line with the earths natural magnetic field). Wall plugs and technology that's plugged into the grid are set to 60 htz AC (alternating current) and are dissonant with your body's DC. An example of why this is a problem is the flicker effect from a florescent light. It is flickering faster than your eye can see but your brain must still process the switch that is happening 60 times per second. This is a stressor.
3 Primary Surfaces – to receive light:
Probiotics = Express light in the gut where sunlight is not present and interact with the light expressed from food.
Fluoride = Blocks the semi-conduction of water.
Heavy Metals = (unhealthy transition metals) - Alter the charge and communication of the cell and have a positive charge.
What is a person = Light filled, electromagnetic receiver/ grounder/ transmitter. We are essentially nature's mobile bio-tech.
Love - Positive human interaction/ physical interaction via electron exchange/ sharing light.
Spoken word – Frequency from sound that communicates to the tissues of the body.
Toxins = Positively charged particles that enter the cell when the sodium potassium pump on the cell wall is not charged. They enter through the calcium channel that is opened as a backup mechanism to keep the cell wall charge balanced, causing calcification over time.
nnEMF = Non-native electromagnetic frequencies: Frequency distractions that can enter the body and act as a microwave that dehydrates the cells from the inside out. They cause dissonance within the frequency communications of the body, leading to all sorts of mitochondrial diseases.
EMF = Natural electromagnetic frequencies which are emitted from the electrons and in turn the mitochondria, the cell, the organs and us. The sun also emits EMF which powers all life on the planet from the outside.
Inflammation = A positive charge imbalance in the body that results in chaos/illness/time mismatch of hormones and chemicals.
Ways to lose electrons:
-electromagnetic / blue light / frequency distortion /NNEMF
Goal of health:
-To retain light, gain more electrons than you loose, and increase charge.
Ways to Increase Quantum Health
Light - Get more full spectrum natural light from the sun in appropriate doses.
Water - Drink non-fluoridated water and eat fat for intracellular water creation.
Magnetism - Have higher charge on the electrons that you have (Magnetico Sleep Pad).
Electrons - Preserve and get more electrons. Ways to get electrons:
-food (healthy fats contain 147atp vs glucose 36atp - this is the simple reason to use fats as fuel)
Mitochondria - Anything that increases the function of mitochondria will boost electron transfer and increase energy in the body.
DHA - Consume high amounts of fish/seafood for increased conversion of sunlight.
Exercise - Use motion to engage the piezoelectric effect.
Sleep – Guard your eye clock, rest with the moon, wake with the sun.
Avoid stressors, toxins, nnEMF.
The end goal is to restore the DNA and increase life. We evolved in nature so our bodies know its frequencies but our technology is distorting the frequencies that our body uses to communicate with itself and the environment.
People are not sleeping and as a result they are not healing. The modern world is making it harder than ever to sleep. You might think it's stress making your mind race and your ears ring at night. In a sense it is true, but is more likely a result of the stressors you can't see that are relatively new to our environment.
There are a million reasons why people aren't sleeping but here are some big categories to look at:
-Tech (wifi) and non-native EMF
I was Light -
The modern tech light environment is telling us to wake up because it is largely excitatory blue light. Street lamps, home lighting, business lighting, and even cars now use predominantly LED lighting with stripped frequency for higher efficiency. The cost of higher efficiency is damage to our biology. We are constantly in front of cell phone, computer, and TV screens but don't seem to realize that light is information as far as our biology is concerned. I have done numerous blogs and talks about light so please check those out.
Tech is another major theme of this site. It is so very difficult to get people to understand what frequencies really are, how they affect us, and how the amount of exposure has grown exponentially. All non-native (unnatural) electromagnetic frequencies (nnEMF) have an effect on or natural frequencies. Our natural frequencies are most active as we sleep in order for our cells to repair. The process of frequency (information) that's expressed over a spectrum to our dividing cells requires a lot of power or charge. So much that we can't be moving around during this process...and this is a major reason why we sleep. All "smart" tech or wireless tech, smart meters, cell phones, wifi, and on and on are affecting us in ways we can't imagine. I was just talking with a client who is receptive to the idea that EMF pollution is an issue and she asked about the signals we are exposed to. I told her to go to the wifi section of her computer and see how many signals her computer (receiver) is picking up. Her jaw dropped as it had not occurred to her that she is being bombarded with all those signals 24 hours a day. Don't get overwhelmed, just allow that feeling to motivate change. The worse the tech environment is, the more we have to do right which is why I'm writing this to you now.
Caffeine - I did a blog about coffee about 2 weeks ago. I since ended my love affair with chocolate and am now 100% caffeine free. In my blog post I explained why caffeine in the modern world has a very different effect than it once did, even just 10 years ago. I have shared my caffeine-free experience with several others and it is amazing how many "I only have one cup" or "I just drink black tea" comments I get as an excuse to continue. It takes weeks for the blood flow to return to normal after just one cup of coffee. Go off 100% of caffeine for a month and you'll be amazed at the withdrawal symptoms you experience. No one with sleep or anxiety issues should be on caffeine.
This is a hormone and when you take it you won't make it internally. If you are taking melatonin please consider going off. If you are on caffeine and on melatonin, this will create a snowball effect of problems down the road. Supplementation shouldn't be taken so lightly as it impedes your body's natural ability to produce what is needed in real time.
Although it may help you initially fall asleep, any form of THC keeps you from getting into the deeper states of sleep. It can cause major issues to your REM. If you regularly take THC try going off and start a dream journal. I'm confident you will see what I mean after 3-4 weeks of consistency.
Any form of alcohol (yes, wine too) is bad news for sleep. The effects of this drug do damage on so many levels especially in the modern tech world we live in. I don't think I need to embellish much here as the effects of alcohol are pretty well established and known at this point.
If you want to experience your true sleep potential, get off all these substances 100% for at least a month.
Low charge -
So many things including all forms of prolonged stress and aging reduce the body's charge. The simplest explanation of aging I can think of is reduced charge potential. I had to do a sleep post. I am getting next level sleep in a way I have never known. Here is a list of some of the things I do
I kill the breakers in my bed room at night.
I sleep on a magneticio sleep pad .
I use only candles and salt lamps in the house at night.
I wear blue-tech (blue blocker) glasses when driving or exposed to screens at night.
I am 100% sober from alcohol, THC, caffeine, and any other mind-altering substances.
I use incline bed therapy (raising the head end of the bed up 6")
I keep a lot of indoor plants in my home.
I have no wifi in my home, out Internet is hard-wired.
I turn all devicess and cell phones off or on airplane mode at night.
I am now in the process of putting up a custom bed canopy that will shield me from any EMF signals while I sleep. The pre-made canopies on the market are unfortunately not high quality and I don't vouch for any of them. I got a very specific fabric from Sheilded Healing and had it sewn into a canopy. This is a very unique hack and I am very excited to take my sleep, (which has been really amazing) to the next level. I plan on doing a video and blog post on this as soon asI have it all put together.
Tech does not sleep and if you are wired in it, neither will you. The best way to get healthy is to get truly restorative sleep and unfortunately I think that's a very rare thing these days. A few years ago I heard about Incline Bed Therapy (IBT). This involves inclining the bed on a flat plane so the head of the bed is 6" above the foot. Being relatively easy to do and free I figured I'd give it a shot. I went to my local hardware store purchased bed risers to put under the head end of my bed frame. You can use anything that will support the bed (like books, cinder blocks, ect.) but I found the risers to be best since they fit the frame legs.
So what is the purpose of this? The motivation for me came from an explanation on trees. The question is: how do trees defy gravity and get water up the truck with no pump? I live in California and I can look out the window and see palm trees, they have very high branches and a very long trunk.
Trees create a density shift in water at the top. The leaves are convert water to sap and sugars where respiration and light absorption happen. This density shift uses gravity push the saps and sugars down which then pushes the less dense water up the trunk. No pump, just gravity.
I often mention that trees are hard-wired receiver/transmitters of frequency and humans are wireless receiver/transmitters, meaning we can move around (mobile biotech) and trees can't. So I see humans and trees having much more in common than most people think. Humans stand up straight unlike most other animals that walk on all fours. Humans also have respiration at the top where we breathe.
Andrew Fletcher developed Incline Bed Therapy with this in mind. He started testing to see if humans could take the pressure off the heart by using gravity to boost circulation as we sleep. The answer is yes.
I started 2 years ago. it took me about 3 nights to get used to it (I felt I was sliding down at first) and now sleeping flat when I travel is not comfortable for me. Increased circulation has countless benefits to the brain and body by taking pressure off the heart. One point that stood out to me was that many older people end up bed ridden and in this situation the heart pump is taxed as they aren't standing. This may be why many older people end up intuitively sleeping in their recliners. How many people could benefit from this simple and affordable life hack? Keep in mind, motorized or inclined beds that only lift the head end (folding a person at the hips) is not the same thing.
In the modern age, we need to use more common sense. I think of a cup full of water. It's hard to drink if you never tip the cup. I have certainly benefited from IBT over the last couple years. I promote the removal of non-native EMF in your home environment, getting a Magnetico, and IBT as tools for better sleep and overall health. I'd like to thank Andrew Fletcher for figuring this out and promoting it without any financial gain in mind but out of genuine curiosity and a desire to improve the health of others. IBT is most important to share with those that are ill and are spending a lot of time in bed. Remember, the bed needs to be inclined flat not angled like many adjustable beds or recliners (especially adjustable beds that are electric which will cause negative health effects from the electricity they run on).

Those aren't my teeth but they could have been. The cause of my illness was right under my nose. This is a story of metal alloys in teeth and its affect on health. I have a long history of health struggles and these struggles revealed to me that dental health has heavy implications and is commonly overlooked.
I was raised in the inner city of Rochester New York, we didn't have much money or understanding of health back then. I was taken from my mother at birth and passed around until I was adopted. My birth mother was not well when she had me and we get our mitochondria (light converters of the cells) from our mother. It's safe to assume I have poor quality mitochondria compared to most and am therefore prone to low charge.
One of the things I remember most from childhood was the dentist. I would get fluoride and metal fillings and I reacted so fast and so violently that I would shake uncontrollably and my parents would often have to pull over on the way home so I could vomit. I became very overweight and depressed. I lacked energy and felt bad. Fast forward to me as an adult in California after having a life of various low charge issues from, obesity to addiction, depression. With good intentions, I went on a vegan diet (a low charge diet if not in an equatorial region with lots of time outside in the sunlight). I was trying to get healthy and read about the dangers of metal in teeth. I went to a dentist get the metal extracted. The dentist drilled them out and I got sick. Very sick. Over the next 3 years I had massive health issues with my brain, heart, kidneys, gut and so many other issues. I found myself divorced after a 10 year marriage and many people who knew me thought I was a hypochondriac. I was blacking out and lucky had a friend crash at my place one night who was able to help me after a particularly bad fall. My brain wasn't working well and I started making preparations for my death as I knew that was coming quick if things continued as they were.
I have always been a very cognitive person and the feeling that my brain couldn't function was unbearable. I couldn't make sense of things and I still have very blurry memories of this time. What had happened? The dentist that drilled the metal out failed to protect me from the exposure. He didn't drill all of the metal out left some of it exposed directly to my nerves and then covered it up with composite fillings, so I had no idea. Off gassing from hot and cold foods and beverages was going directly into my nervous system. I was being poisoned.
I went to a new biological dentist who exposed this unfortunate truth. He asked me "who's trying to kill you?" He safely extracted the remaining metals and from there I began a path of healing that has taken several years. I thought I was going mad when I was sick. "Mad hatter" historically comes from hat makers who went insane. Mercury and other heavy metals were used in the hat making process at the time and was later discovered to be the cause.
In the modern age metal exposure is still bad but far worse is how these deadly toxins interact with wireless frequency. Metals conduct and pick up frequencies just like an antenna. Non-native EMF from tech causes metals to leach more aggressively and has worse effects on low charge people. The more metals from any source we contain, the worse the effect of wireless tech will be. Our tech is depleting our electromagnetic charge so fast that issues that were bad before are now deadly.
So many diseases are rooted in low charge (aka mitochondrial issues). Everything from depression and sleeplessness, to joint pain and gut issues. This blog is about boosting charge first for overall health and then dealing in chemistry second. This is a relatively unique idea since both mainstream and alt health fixated on chemistry and deficiencies. The real deficiency is not raw materials but electromagnetic charge needed to power the repair process.

-Use an air hose over the nose to breath (most of the metal particles in the air from drilling are inhaled straight into the brain)
-Use a vacuum to suck the metals from the mouth and air
-My dentist even opened the window in the office

Get a Magnetico Sleep Pad
Long before I knew anything about the quantum aspects of health I stumbled upon the magnetico. I was still having issues with metal poisoning and Dr. Bonlie who created the magnetico was a dentist who had also been metal posoned. He explained that the only real way to detox a brain (as the cells don't divide) was to use magno-chelation which increases the charge of the cell so the positively charged toxin can be expelled through the blood stream. I had tried every detox I could find including NAC to high dose Vit C. Only when I got the magnetico did I really find relief and over the past few years I have learned everything I can about magnetism to understand how this powerful tool gave me my life back. I share this often with my readers because I know how it works from personal experience.
Dr. Bonlie did testing and found that fillings do not off gas when on a magnetico. Getting metal fillings removed can be dangerous and expensive and if I could pick between removal and getting a magnetico I would make the make the magnetico the priority. It also does many other beneficial things for increased charge and health. In the wifi world we live in the magnetico is a must.

If you have read my story or any of the Addictive Mind Blog, then you know I have struggled with addiction. I was specifically addicted to alcohol, nicotine and caffeine. I am a dopamine junkie. I wrote a blog about Dopamine In The Modern Age.
I stopped drinking and smoking more than eleven years ago. The one thing I've held onto is coffee. It doesn't destroy the body like alcohol or cigarettes. In fact, coffee has some health benefits. Mental alertness, anti-oxidants, even weight loss effects. So many health guys promote and sell coffee. Its effects are often felt right away. Let's face it, coffee is a drug and any bio-hacker who can sell a drug is going to make money. I love coffee, always have. I loved it most with a cigarette. Over the years I have gone off coffee and then slowly got back on. I'm not saying coffee is bad but I will say it is bad for me. I am currently 4 days off coffee and I have a bad headache. I did not want to get up this morning and my motivation was way down. Classic withdrawal symptoms. This time I quit because I was having severe anxiety in the mornings. I was having to eat a lot to offset the caffeine. My sleep last night was very deep and restorative. Anyone with anxiety or sleep issues should strongly consider going off coffee. It can fry you out.
Another reason I went off coffee is because it reduces blood flow to the brain. This is of particular concern to me in the modern tech age. Anything that constricts can cause serious issues to health. We are now surrounded by frequencies from tech that cause brain and heart issues since they are the most mitochondria-dense organs in the body. Any constriction of blood flow can lead to big problems especially if you know that 5G and other powerful Unnatural frequencies alters the size & expression of proteins in the body.
In the modern age, things that where ok in the past are no longer ok. Neurological blood flow reductions will have a much worse effect. Also, if you're adding a bunch of sugar or sweeteners to your coffee I would really encourage you to reconsider as the blood flow reduction along with the effects of sugar can be a very bad combination.
The anxiety piece of the puzzle is huge. Our cells are being bombarded with unnatural frequencies from every angle and this puts them under a massive amount of stress. Tech and wifi is dissonant to the body's natural harmonics. Increased frequency stress paired with the stimulation effects of coffee often push a person over the edge from alert to anxious. This was certainly the case for me.
I'm surprised at how much my sleep has been affected. I sleep really well with my Magnetico but my dreams have been much more vivid since I quit coffee. Our society has lost the ability to sleep. People use melatonin, THC, sleep aid drugs, alcohol and all kinds of other chemicals to try and help the brain engage its sleep state. Our society also drinks a ton of coffee. A poor nights sleep makes you want coffee to help wake you up which can then cause a poor nights sleep. It's a vicious cycle. If you have trouble sleeping try to go caffeine0free for a month and see what happens. It won't be easy at first.
I do intermittent fasting on and off and I found the coffee (which was once a great tool) became a real issue as I would get jittery without food to offset the caffeine. The stimulating effects of coffee can help with weight loss but for me I need less food and in turn cut excess weight without it.
Coffee increases dopamine. This chemical dopamine release can cause issues with conceptual dopamine from good ideas or accomplishing tasks. As a dopamine addict, I love to be in a dopamine state which is why I need to stop the coffee so my dopamine levels can re-balance. Unfortunately, many who are onto how blue light effects dopamine are also coffee pushers. If you struggle with depression and are trying to boost serotonin, reducing spiked dopamine is key.
I don't think coffee is bad but I will say that some of the effects are bad especially as a dopamine-dominant person. Like most things the people who love coffee should have less and the people who have no interest in it may benefit from a cup. If sleep, anxiety, or heart & brain issues are of concern, you may want to give up the coffee or cycle it one day a week.
There is lots to learn as time goes on and the effects of coffee and other drugs becomes more severe. If you haven't made it a priority to break from all drugs to establish a baseline, I highly recommend it. The environment is changing fast, and we ought to change with it if we want to maintain our health and well-being.
Final thought: consider replacing coffee with cacao. It has some caffeine, but is very high in PQQ and Magnesium which supports your mitochondria.
It has now been several days and I'm still off coffee. I have had really bad headaches. My sleep has been much deeper and I'm far less anxious.
It is clear that coffee in a 5G wifi world is bad news. Neuro dehydration, reduced blood flow and increased anxiety on the body. All in combination with the same affects of wifi would lead me to believe that coffee is one of those things that was ok and is gone. If the goal is to prevent Wifi induced heart attacks and strokes then coffee has to go,. Not to mention the dopamine effects. all bad. I'm done with any bullet proof or other bio hacker health types pushing this when the problems are so great in the modern world. I'll keep you posted.
A friendly reminder that your body is smarter than you.....If you don't use it your body stops making it. Muscles take energy to produce so if you stop using your muscles, the body intelligently stops making them. The same is true with your brain.
In a recent conversation I was explaining how taking testosterone in the form of cream or an injection will shut off the production of testosterone in the body. The response to that statement implied that the body was making a mistake. Remember that the body you are in evolved in an environment that no longer exists, one with no inject-able testosterone. The body is intelligent so it never wastes energy. If you take it you won't make it. The body checks how much testosterone it should produce and if there is testosterone present then it does not produce more. This is why tampering with hormones is such a slippery slope down a path with no baseline. Modern society does not realize that the current environment is exactly what would be done in a lab to reduce testosterone and disrupt hormones. Taking hormones in the same environment that reduced hormonal production simply tells the body to stop making whatever is taken.
The wrong question will never provide the correct answer.
Many of our tests are fundamentally flawed. Many people who want to be in ketosis drink powdered ketones and then use urine to test. If a person is not consuming glucose foods and they are still alive then ketosis is in affect. Drinking ketones and then testing for ketones in the urine as excess waste is very silly. Drinking ketones will stop fat loss as the body will use the ketones for fuel instead of tapping into fat to get them.
Another example is vitamin D. This is connected to light and has many functions in the body. If you test low for vitamin D and then supplement vitamin D and retest you will find vitamin D in your system. This does not mean you are better off. It is like thinking that because coffee comes in coffee cups you can just buy a bunch of cups to increase the amount of coffee.
So many of our tests are totally ridiculous but they help us feel a false sense of control, keyword false. Many people in alternative health are very concerned with alkalinity. I call this the alka-lie because your body has different parts different PHs for different functions. If a person says they want to alkalize the body ask them which part. The stomach for example is supposed to be very acidic. Many of the alkaline solutions people take involves putting an alkaline substances directly into the acid bath that is the stomach. Breathing is the key to balancing a persons alkalinity and acidity. This is bad for business because it's free. Ant- acids are just alkaline tablets so if you want alkaline water just put a Tums in it.
I could go on but the truth is that we are far less able to have tests as we would like. Controlled environments are difficult to produce especially because the body is never fixed it is dynamic and always engaging different programs at different times for. The question of when is much more valid in the conversation of tests than we think and reveals that we can make predictions (think in terms of a bell curve) but not absolutes.
Many health practitioners give blanket advice as if it is so easy to tell what a persons issue is. In my experience, everyone finds the problem to be within their specialty. If you have ringing in the ear a chiropractor will likely say you need an adjustment, a naturopath will likely give you a homeopathic, an MD will likely give you a pharmaceutical. Others will muscle test you for this or that, an ENT may schedule a cleaning, your friend may give you an ear candle. Any of those things may help but sound is frequency. Our ears pick up some and not others, but when you are exposed to frequency variations based on unnatural frequencies from technology, they mix with the frequencies your brain puts off and create a ringing. This may be why you have ringing at night and not during the day as your brain puts out its repair frequencies at night.
I am happy to say I'm not a doctor and won't give medical advice, but I do ask questions. My time in alternative health has exposed me to so many people with good intentions that don't know much about deeper levels of health. Many of the solutions promoted are silly and misunderstood at best. I see how nice it would be if muscle testing in the way people often do it was reliable. How nice it would be if there were devices that could fix all our problems. How nice if juice increased electro-magnetic charge. How nice if just putting everyone on a keto diet solved all our problems. The environment we live in (frequency-wise) is completely different than it was even 5 years ago. This blog is all about how tech affects health and tech has changed and continues to change at a rapid rate. Modern tech doesn't sleep so what was true in the past may no longer be true today. Could it be that the vast majority of our problems have everything to do with low electro-magnetic charge and far less to do with the deficiency story that makes alt health so much money?
The reality is it is up to you. Start with your environment and work backwards from there. Ask questions, and never take advice from a person that can't explain what they are doing and why. Why has no one started a muscle testing measure that does not involve human error? Observation alters outcome.

What powers nature and you as a natural being? D/C aka direct current. D/C goes in one direction and applies to both uni-directional magnetism as explained with the Magnetico Sleep Pad Blog, but also with electricity. You are powered by electricity as electrons are electric and create ATP (chemical energy) after going through electron chain transfer in the mitochondria. The take away is electricity is important to understand if you want to be healthy.
Your body uses direct current (D/C) and the devices we use that have a battery are also D/C as the battery connects the circuit and the current flows in one steady direction.
However, all our wall plug (grid-tied) devices run on A/C current aka alternating current. A/C is shown in the pic below.
The sideways S in between the + and the - is the spinning (alternating) part that goes back and forth. This back and forth is in conflict with our D/C bodies. It causes a much more chaotic charge and in turn creates more chaos in our bodies. A/C current distorts our bodies internal communication and causes anxiety at the core sub-atomic levels of our being. A/C lights also cause a flicker effect that our eye rarely sees but our brains struggle to process. If you have followed the blog you know I warn people about tech. My hope is that this explanation shows why we should be skeptical of all deceives plugged into a wall as 100% of them disrupt biology because biology is D/C and most tech is A/C. Be especially skeptical of "healing" devices plugged into a wall (meaning they're A/C) as this will conflict with your biology and distort any frequencies put out by the device.
How did all of our tech end up A/C if it is in total opposition to human health?
Let me start with a story. Let's rewind to my days as a young freshman at a college in Indiana. I was excited about my entrepreneurship class and wanted learn how to make money and be successful. My professor looked at us and said "to be an entrepreneur is to be a problem solver." He then said a name I had never heard that has now become a household name. Tesla. He told us about this amazing inventor that solved so many problems and was far ahead of his time. He told us how Tesla had battled the greedy Edison to create the base for our entire global economy.
I was amazed and so happy to learn about this amazing man. Now, thanks to Elon Musk the name Tesla is more common. Whats the problem? My hero Tesla turned out to be a villain.....
I totally bought into the idea that Tesla was one of the most brilliant people to have ever lived. I still think he was brilliant, but also destructive.
How a villain? If you understand that fake light and A/C current are biologically harmful and in virtually all tech then you understand that tech is harming everyone that uses it on some level. Tesla lit up the world's fair. Amazing, and also destroyed night with the creation. The world we live in lit up from space and the epidemic of insomnia was born. He fought for A/C and won and this is how A/C tech was born. It came from the mind of Tesla. People still love him because his story is one of an underdog. However, if you are now against 5G and understand that wireless tech is bad for us because we are conductive receivers of wireless frequencies that distort our biology and make us sick, then know that Tesla wanted wireless tech way back then. Free energy is great unless the energy conflicts with our bodies then the free energy might be very very bad.
In 1887, Tesla developed an induction motor that ran on alternating current (AC), a power system format that was rapidly expanding in Europe and the United States because of its advantages in long-distance, high-voltage transmission. The motor used polyphase current, which generated a rotating magnetic field to turn the motor (a principle that Tesla claimed to have conceived in 1882).

In this picture you can see on the right how our biology is supposed to flow in a harmonic way on the left you see the dirty electricity generated from A/C power. This dissonant frequency disrupts our bodies. Did Tesla know what he was doing? I don't know. I do know that the inventor of the atomic bomb should have used more discretion right along with the inventor of A/C .
As wireless frequencies increase in number, the negative effects also increase. The less exposure to A/C, the better your health will be. Always remember that being likable is not an excuse for ignorant or evil behavior. I don't get political often as I tend to view our two-party system as a bit of a false dichotomy to give me the illusion of free will. But I once was at a party listening to a guy tell me all about how terrible one politician was for his war mongering. I agreed as I am generally against mass executions but them he started talking about how great the other person was. Ok I'll say it, he was bashing George Bush Jr and praising Obama. I simply asked him "Do you know who has dropped more bombs on people than anyone in human history?" At the time it was Obama. He very quickly told me yeah but I would like to hang out with Obama so I'm sure its ok........Charm is no excuse for bomb dropping in my opinion.
This shows how our emotions so quickly offset our reason. His argument about Bush was valid in my view but he didn't hold his buddy Obama to the same standard. In this same way I think Edison was probably an idea stealing greedy asshole who just plain wasn't smart enough do as much damage as sweet Tesla. Back then Tesla was looked at as the hero and now Musk using his name is being looked at as a hero selling huge wifi devices on wheels all the while blaming cow farts for global warming. Just remember that wifi doesn't leave the ionosphere and a microwave oven is just overlapping frequencies (emf's). We need to learn way more about magnetism, electricity, and frequencies before we talk about climate change. Opinions without facts attached to them are foolishness.
,The brain and heart are the most mitochondrialy dense parts of the body. Mitochondria are where electrons are converted in more complex material substances. In other words in the brain and the heart light is converted into you. These are the places in the body that are the most electro-magnetic as all light is electric. That being said, our hearts and minds (mitochondria) are under attach in a new way from competing frequencies. Wifi and blue light are both tech-based unnatural frequencies that disrupt the light frequencies expressed in the brain and heart. Simply put, unnatural frequencies reduce the amount of light you contain and reduce the function of the brain and heart. What does this light story have to do with Alcohol? Everything.
Alcohol stops the stopper of dopamine in the brain allowing dopamine to flow, and this is what makes you feel good. All the other affects are brain damage. Alcohol does not interact well with hydration. Water is created through the transfer of light (electrons) in the mitochondria to act as the conductive battery for charge within the cell. As alcohol disrupts these systems, charge (light/natural frequencies) decline and so does the function of the brain. The wifi and in some places 5G (up to 93 GH) is competing with our brain function. The alcohol has not changed but the environment of the brain exposed to the alcohol has. This means the affects of alcohol are far more damaging than they have been historically. Stress and sleeplessness are on the rise but so are mental/emotional disorders aka brain malfunctions.
Alcohol (traditionally referred to as spirits) distorts our ability to function neurologically more than ever. Our brains, when functioning properly, can tell the difference between the material world and the conceptual world being the non-physical place where our ideas and imagination reside. As alcohol in the modern age is consumed new types of affects will take place as drinking is often described to as truth serum. The truth of a person's fears will become far more real to them. The line between drinkers and non-drinkers will get more clear as drinking in excess will cause so many new problems that many will get sober and others will fall deeper into addiction.
The brain's ability to light up removes much of the dark thoughts and fears as it can tell what is a real threat or imaginary (hypothetical) one. The what if's are often what haunt people this may be what if a monster comes to get me or what if my partner cheats, what if we can't pay that bill or whatever makes you lay awake at night. Fears are powerful but not deadly unless you are fooled by them. Drunk people are easily fooled.
"They can't kill you but they can convince you that they can kill you."
The archetype of shining a light in the darkness and removing the shadows from the mind to be clear and see the truth from a lie. Alcohol and other substances that alter brain function including THC will start to result in hysteria, mania and paranoia in a new way. This is a result of tech's EMFs that are changing the brains ability to communicate with itself. The time for intoxication is over. We must protect our hearts and minds as suicide, mental illness, and any number of other brain issues are and will continue to rise. Be clear and boost your mitochondrial function (light expression) in any way you can.

Remember that inflammation is time chaos in the body and light cycles establish proper circadian clocks in the brain. Every time you here the word inflammation think light and time. When the brain looses track of time it looses the ability to distinguish reality from our fears. If you have ever seen a person having alcohol or drug related mental illness it is disturbing and not a fate I would wish on anyone. And yes, the effects of tech especially wifi can induce these states of mental illness through mitochondrial dysfunction even when not in the presence of negative substances like alcohol.
I stopped drinking 11 years ago. I stopped because I lost track of reality. My fears began to engulf me. I am so glad to have had those horrible experiences that scared me sober back then as it was not a 5g world at the time. Get clear and deal with your fears proactively as the frequency environment changes the fears will come out one way or another.
Young people are also very affected by all this as suicide rates rise. Light up your heart and mind. Darkness always runs from light and this blog is all about light retention and if you are paying attention it is also about light creation to affect not only yourself but those around you electro-magnetically.
Shine bright friends, the world is changing and the outer light is setting as our inner light is rising but only for those looking in to see it and those will be able to harness its frequency (charge power). Look to it.
