The keys to life on this planet and life in your body are natural light from the sun, Deuterium depleted water produced in the mitochondria and uni directional magnetism from the earth. These three things are the priority for health but also for understanding about how everything works and why humans are the way they are. The sad thing the lower the charge a person has the less able they are to figure out how to boost thier charge and on and on. however, once a person goes down the path for increased charge, literally increasing the light that the brain and body contain it grows and grows. A dead person has the same chemistry as a living person but they don't contain light, light is life. processed food is dead food, it doesn't contain any light. The less light (physical light carried on the electrons) the less alive you are however you do have a 8-10 pound bacterial symbiotic organism that lives inside you and uses you as a vehicle to feed. Spiritual practices historically like fasting and meditation are now becoming bio hacks but after a certain amount of time your body will break down your bacterial body as fuel as after prolonged fasting. I was raised a protestant christian. no longer practice it but its funny to me that when Jesus was fasting in the desert "the Devil" tempted him with bread...carbs. Everything that we couldn't see with our eyes in the past was deemed spiritual. You sinful nature was a thing that lived inside you but wasn't you that needed to be controlled as it would not act in your self interest...sounds like negative organisms to me. Science and spirituality have the same meanings but spoken in different languages.
Enlightenment is literal increased light storage in the physical body that alters the neurology. What does all this mean? It means in the old testament there is a story about getting water from a stone. Eat fat and make water in your mitochondria that is deuterium depleted, increase your light intake and subdue your sinful nature by shining a light on it.

It all sounds very Gnostic. We are all pieces of the divine cloaked in ignorance. Quantum physics cloaked in chemistry and bacteria. I can go on and on about this. The physical world and the spiritual world ( quantum physics on the other side of electron chain transfer are connected. They mirror each other. Your deeds (physical) and thoughts (spiritual) are also connected in the same way. The tree is both the roots and the branches.

The point is that the physical health path and the spiritual health path are the same path and my frustration is with the fake false prophets in both the alternative health industry and religions. Bad fruit may be a fake supplement company selling powdered lies or a televangelist selling fake salvation. Both want more money and will find themselves getting crushed under the weight of the gold they accumulate.

Health Tip - 10 ways to buy a good protein powder
1. Never buy a protein powder without an amino acid profile.
Amino acids are the building blocks of protein and the profile tells use if the protein is good or not. If a company leaves the amino acid profile off the bottle its because it would show that the product isn't very good.
2. If a protein has a proprietary blend then you have no idea how much of the ingredients are in it.
3. If the protein is advertised as keto remember that protein always converts to glucose not ketones
4. If you are buying a animal based protein question the sourcing of the animals
5. Avoid products that focus your attention more on diets and lifestyles than on the specifics of what is in the product they are selling
6. Be skeptical of DR. Proteins as practicing medical doctors don't normally have time to sell protein powders, many of these Dr's are not medical doctors
7. Use generally accepted protein sources some companies sell powdered broth as a protein- this is a legal loop hole as broth technically contains amino acids but not a complete essential amino acid profile ( see #1)
8. Be a ware of high prices products that include Free Books that are nothing more than marketing materials about their products as this is a deceptive way to increase "value" without actually giving anything more than advertising.
9. Look at the quality of ingredients and flavors - some companies sell Cocoa instead of cacao to flavor their chocolate proteins - this a cheap low quality flavor. remember that all kinds of things are legally considered "natural" that doesn't mean that they are healthy. cocoa is a good tell about the quality of other ingredients.
Some companies will add things like ashwaganda to most of their product to make health claims on the bottles and get around restriction.
Of coarse if a protein say one thing on the front of the bottle like organic bone broth protein and the first ingredient on the back is organic chicken protein this would be an obvious deception as chicken bone broth and chicken meat are very different.
10. Be careful about products awarded buy the supplement industry as these products are top sellers it does not necessarily mean they are top quality.
Check the facts and buy intelligently
remember that protein that has been powdered was designed by body builders to spike insulin and shuttle the amino acids to the muscle quickly so a low amino acid protein powder taken away from weight lifting will only spike insulin and feed your fat instead of your muscle even if the protein is deceptively marketed as muscle builder.

Making sense of food -
List off all the foods in nature that mix fats and carbs (I don't mean fiber carb I mean glucose carbs)
I can't think of any. Nature fixes the protein and then cycles fats and carbs. The eskimo is high fat low carb the person at the equator is low fat high carb. This has everything to do with light but that's another story.
Think about junk food, pizza, chips and dip, ice cream ect.
Wghat are they? A mix of fats and carbs. Thats the problem. We are hybrid cars.
Fat is electric and carbs are gas. There are gas stations on every corner which makes them easy to get to but it is a dirty burning fuel and electric is more difficult to get to but burns clean. Only a fool who drives a hybrid refused to access the other fuel when it needs it meaning. A person with a low battery that refuses to use gas doesn't move and a person how runs out of gas but refuses to use electric doesn't move. Our bodies are hybrids and can run on fat (ketones) or glucose (carbs and protein)
Combining the two is the problem. A hybrid car needs to either run on gas or electric but never both at the same time. Meat and potatoes are different than meat alone. This is why the carnivore diet is coming up. Eating only fruit and no fat is why the fruititarian diet is coming up. Whats the worst diet on that mixes fats and carbs year round. If you live in a place with 4 seasons then more fat in the winter and more carbs in the summer but not both at the same time. Any diet that doesn't combine fats and carbs will be healthier than a diet that does. (of coarse this assumes location and low deuterium which is not aan easy assumption but the point stands.)
A body builder on a bulk eats chicken breast and rice- low fat high carb to spike the insulin and shuttle the protein into the muscle. Carbs and protein to grow, Ketones (low insulin to shrink) The same body builder on a cut will reduce the carbs and continue the protein and use the body fat as fuel to lean out before a show.

Keto protein - ( Tjhis doesn't exist and is a lie) remember protein converts to glucose not ketones so it tastes good because it is a mix of fats and sugar (in the form of powdered protein) but it's not healthy for the same reason pizza isn't. Protein in nature is often connected to fat to digest slow and not processed to spike the insulin like protein powder.
Things to be aware of - everything needs to be cycled. So use a hybrid don't stall your body refusing to use the other fuel.
Fruit is high in deuterium - that's also another issue.

Then you know that the keys to health are light water and magnetism. I have I known this for some time just not to the degree i do now. I have been holding on to things that are not good for me first are supplements. I am no longer taking anything that is synthetic. I'll continue with lions mane and some others that are natural but if you saw the supps I have been taking it was a huge amount. This is like quitting smoking for me a little bit. But I don't eat processed food why eat processed supplements that don't have natures checks and balances attached to them. Instead I'm eating oysters and other healthy foods that contain a massive amount of nutrients.
The other thing has been going to the gym. The light is terrible there. I've been wearing my blue blocking glasses which help but my skin is exposed and since I'm doing crossfit my workouts at the gym have turned into HIIT training that uses my body weight meaning I don't use the gym equipment.
When I'm at the gym it is almost like the lights are sucking my strength....actually its because they are. If you do some research on red light and how it boosts testosterone then guess what it's opposite blue light is doing.
The first gym to start thinking about light will be ahead of the game of coarse then people will start asking why am I even indoors to begin with?
I'm starting a new phase, deuterium depletion and optimal health. Seasonal local diet and exercise in nature without the synthetic supps in my system. It has taken me time to get to this point. For people who are not interested in health at all supps and the gym are good thing but it's time for my training wheels to come of and for me to sync myself with nature and the trinity of life, light water magnetism in order to get to the next level.
I'm excited about the things to come because I'm going pretty fast with the training wheels on.

Why is the earth heating up?
The earths magnetosphere is declining on a natural cycle and competing with the suns magnetosphere, during the day the earth is losing in spots. This heats the earth up. The earths magnetism is currently .5 gause. the last time the earths magnetism zeroed out and flipped we had a flood because the suns magnetosphere over powered the earths and melted the ice at the poles. This has happened 9 times according to core sampling.
What is a microwave? it's a box with over lapping non native emf. Our wifi doesn't leave the ionosphere. How much have wifi signals increased during the past 10 years?

What no one selling drugs or supplements wants you to know.
Mitochondria first and chemicals second.
This is deep science that is Ancient but was referred to only in spiritual explanations. I have been completely overwhelmed at trying to explain the quantum components of health in this blog. I'm no expert and I'm learning new things all the time, but I'm going to try to explain the things that have shifted my focus away from Nutrition and toward mitochondria. This is a simplification but I think it is important for people to understand that nutrition, supplementation, and drinking water may not matter as much as other things, quantum things. The danger with both schools is that they are completely picking a side; blanket statements; all or nothing. This Sucks the life out of the health industry. We need to learn from each other with both ancient knowledge as well as modern science instead of saying all that matters is nutrition or all supplements are junk.
I call things that happen before electron chain transfer in the mitochondria physics (better called quantum physics but since this is a simplification, lets go with physics). I will call things that happen on the other side of electron chain transfer chemistry (because energy is converted to ATP or chemical energy).
The Trinity Of Life (and the king that everything else must submit to) is:
Light , Water & Magnetism
This is the priority and where everyone must start to have lasting health. If your doctor or health practitioner isn't starting here, there may be a priority issue. Here is a very quick explanation on each one. Then I will make an analogy to show how these three work together.
- Light is energy (not energy like caffeine but energy like in a battery) or Charge.
- It is energy that contains information- the information is what time it is in your external environment.
-For the analogy lets call light high quality gold.
If you get your external time to sync with your internal time it will be difficult to be unhealthy.
-The conductor the medium that the charge can use to express itself, the battery.
-Most of the water in our bodies is made from fat, not from the water we consume.
-The water we make in our mitochondria is deuterium depleted.
-For the analogy let's call water the river.
An important factor pertaining to water is deuterium.
Deuterium is a substance that makes water heavy. It exists in our environment.
For the analogy lets call deuterium mud.
Another important factor is EMF (electro magnetic frequency).
NNEMF (non- native electro magnetic frequencies aka wifi) is a microwave; a box with nnEMF that overlap, what does it do? It heats things up. Our wifi is heating us up on a cellular level meaning less water meaning less life. Also at night when you sleep the NNEMF competes with your brains' natural frequency and disrupts healing.
Magnetism increases the charge or in other words, increased uni-directional magnetism makes light shine brighter.
There are 2 types of magnetism: uni-directional (meaning 1) and bi-polar magnetism (meaning 2). In nature the earths magnetism comes up out of the south and down in the north which is why natural magnetism is unidirectional and is the type I am referring to in this blog. Bi polar would be if you where exposed to a small magnet where both sides connect (this is the type of magnetism most people are familiar with, this acts like acupuncture and should not be done over long periods of time). Unidirectional magnetism on the other hand is required for life to exist.
Mars has light from the sun, ice at the poles, but no magnetism...no life. You need all three for life to exist.
For the analogy lets say magnetism is the amount of gold.
The three pieces of the trinity of life use electrons.
Electrons carry light.
For the analogy lets call them ships.
In the mitochondria there is a process called electron chain transfer where electrons (ships) cross to get from the land of physics to the land of chemistry. The land of physics give supplies to the land of chemistry and without that supply chemistry looses it's power and dies.
(Sorry about the shitty pictures at some point I hope to get them done right but hopefully you get the point)
This is a picture of the mitochondria in the cell. You see high quality gold (light) in a large amount (magnetism) crossing over on the water to the land of chemistry on water that has low mud (deuterium). This is what needs to be done before any supplements, nutrition, etc. are ever mentioned (which all falls in the realm of the land of chemistry). If the gold never gets there, then there is no life (you are light; you are gold). A dead rat and a living rat are made of the same chemicals only the dead rat has no gold, no life.

Every cell in the body is powder by this process - what in health is more important?
I realize this is long but it is so important that people know the truth of health.

Here is a very short list of do' and don'ts.
-Avoid unnatural light, especially blue light from screens.
-Remember that we eat food to get light into our body so eat seasonal, local, natural and organic or else the light you consume will communicate the wrong time. A banana in the winter is bad not because of it's chemistry but because it contains summer light and tells your body it is the wrong time.
- Eat healthy fats, these make water in the mitochondria.
-Avoid fluoridated or tap water as much as possible. Drink less water (you don't hear that often in health circles).
-Get cold, it shortens the gap from the land of physic to the land of chemistry.
-Get a magnetico - this is the most important investment I have ever made. It increases the amount of gold I have by a massive amount. - Magnetico (15% off when you mention me or buy through the link). I highly recommend the 20 gauss if you want the benefits.
You get these from natural light (especially through the eyes), touching the earth and food.
Stop the sun block, sun glasses, and shoes on the ground.
-Drink less water and other liquids, eat more healthy fats, and reduce carbs.
Get your levels tested and get deuterium depleted water to aid in depletion.
-Deep Breathing - (Wim Hoff) alkalize the system and oxygenate the cells
What does this explain?
Exercise increases charge through the piezoelectric effect and depletes deuterium through increased oxygen.
Keto is good because of deuterium depletion and not necessarily because of what you've been told.
Diets should look first at season and location - no one size fits all diets.
Why all these drugs and supplements are not working - they come second.
And so much more...
What does all this mean? It means focus on your light, water, magnetism first. If you're still sick, don't worry chemistry isn't going anywhere.
Light, water, magnetism before drugs, supplements, or devices. I'm not throwing the baby out with the bath water. But there is a whole lot of bath water to be thrown away especially in the alternative health industry. These things have their place but their place is bowing down to light, water, and magnetism.
If your doctor, nutritionist, or alternative health practitioner isn't talking about the trinity of life then they either don't know or haven't found a way to financially benefit off of nature.
Global warming and climate change
Is the earth heating up? Yes, in spots where the earth's magnetosphere is losing to the sun's during the day, as a result of a natural cyclical decline of magnetism on this planet. That increases with NNEMF. It doesn't leave the ionosphere meaning we are turning the world into a big microwave. I'm not pro pollution, the opposite actually, but riding around in a Tesla wifi battery car that is frying you is only going to heat up the earth more and kill you in the process.

I'm gonna keep this simple deuterium is a naturally occurring substance that is needed at certain times in our lives. The problem is that we are building up too much of this substance and it is causing health issues.
In learning about magnetism and natural cycles it became clear that everything in nature goes through cycles. The magnetism of the earth in going through its cycle and it is coming to the end. This low level of magnetism is reducing the charge on the electrons and in turn causing our biological functions to not work as well. This a natural climate change cycle that has nothing to do with pollution. (this is another blog but when was the last time you heard some one talk about climate change, for or against mention magnetism)
Nature has cycles and it appears that the deuterium levels are increasing which may or may not have anything to do with pollution. Of coarse pollution never helps our health.
What's the point? This is a factor that we need to think about and yes there are ways to do what is called deuterium depletion to improve your health.
Deuterium is a natural substance that in access in the body causes health issues. The earths natural deuterium levels are increasing. Our bodies naturally deplete deuterium less as we age so the older you are the more important it is that you deplete deuterium.

I stopped eating red meat when I was 16. I did this because I wanted to loose weight sand new absolutely nothing about health. Instead I eat a bunch of bread...error.
I moved to California at 30 from Indiana . In small town Indiana I was "healthy" because I didn't drink coke or eat fast food. When I go to California I really started getting exposed to new health ideas. I met a vegan guru who got me convinced that veganism was the way to go.
I even started working selling a vegan health product and for a few years I worked with this person starting a vegan health cafe. I was a vegan. I had a community. I was special. I was ethically superior and far more healthy and everyone else was going to die of a heart attack soon, or so I thought.
The problem was that I was very sick. There are a number of reasons for me being sick and I would not say veganism was the only cause of my sickness but I will say that the worst thing to do if you are already sick, especially toxic, is start an extreme diet that will reduce charge and increase toxicity. I was being told as I got sicker that I was detoxing and that it was a good thing. This is a common error in alternative health. Sometimes there is a healing crisis and other times the thing you are doing is just causing a crisis. How do you know?
Wait before everyone gets up in arms let me explain. My understanding of diets in general is that light is the primary factor. The Eskimo and the person at the equator eat different. The Eskimo needs to be cold to condense the mitochondria for higher energy out put. Th Eskimo needs to be ketogenic as fat contains more calories than protein and cards. The Eskimo needs to eat lots of fish for dha to convert sunlight to dc current in the body. Plus in nature there just aren't many carbs available.
The person at the equator has tons of light, they can be vegan. Carbs grow on trees year round. If you give a banana to an Eskimo the light it contains from photosynthesis will communicate to the Eskimo that it is summer in the winter causing a circadian glitch.
Let me be clear any one who gets off a standard american diet of junk food is gonna get better. Vegan ism in my experience is a first world, out of touch with nature, egotistical religion. That was my experience. i don't care personally what anyone eats. If you are at the equator consider veganism, if you are an Eskimo don't even think about it. Everyone in between should make themselves subject to the seasons.
I have found that there are a number of essential substances that I can't get from plants. I mentioned dha earlier and had my genetics done. Omegas from plants don't convert well and my genes convert them very poorly. I stopped being a vegan a few years ago. Why? I was desperate to feel better. The guru vegan was eating eggs and fish all along. When I asked him about this he said salmon swim up stream to die so there is no bad karma for vegans to eat them. True story, that ridiculous. I have found based on my location the healthiest diet is a cheating vegan diet. Since most vegans I know who cheat actually do well.
I don't want to get into ethics too much but there is agriculture and if you have seen land cleared for plants no life is there. What is more important a cow or a gofer? I don't know it's just what I ask vegans because it shows the problems with the ethics of the thing.
I stopped being a vegan with eggs and as soon as I ate that egg it was like my brain turned back on. Then fish then after not having red meat since I was a 16 I started eating beef and other meats, oysters and on and on.
If you have seen my sight you will see I don't eat much and when I do eat it is very high quality so most people aren't talking to me when looking at meat eater.
Meat eaters who have fried carbs with meat are different. vegans who drink vodka are different. Anyone can be more or less healthy on any diet. I have found what works for me.
Like most religions veganism will stay around but I have a feeling if people couldn't cheat that nature would solve the problem of veganism pretty quickly. Now the carnivore diet is gaining popularity. vegans created this with their extremism. I think the carnivore diet has many of the same problems as veganism. Why deny yourself basic beneficial substances for a label. I will say if I had to do one or the other I would no doubt be a carnivore.
I feel much better not being vegan. This is my experience. I will say that vegan or not most people are eating too much too often. Keep it balanced my friends.
