3 Things Everyone Should Do Now

People are looking for solutions right now. Each person is different but here are 3 things that everyone can do that will be beneficial no matter who you are. I have mentioned these things in past blogs but I wanted to put together a simple post that would be practical and beneficial.

Get a Magnetico Sleep Pad

No surprise here since I mention this all the time, but you would be amazed at how many people I know and care about that have not gotten one yet.

This is a unidirectional magnetic pad that is patented so don't ask me about cheap bi-polar pads, they are dangerous. The Magnetico is the greatest tool I can suggest to people to defend themselves. This boosts the body chemistry and will help with more issues than I can list. It will not save you from 5G but it will give you a massive advantage over those that do not have one.

Take either Pure ascorbic acid (vitamin C) or sodium acerbate in divided does throughout the day. No, food grade vitamin c won't work in the same way. Take it away from sugar in any form as the glucose will compete. If you are high-dosing it pure make sure to consume a good amount of sea salt which you should be doing anyway. I suggest getting some Liposomal Vitamin C packets from LivOn Labs for daily use and some to set aside in case of an emergency. They are the only liposomal C that I recommend.

How much to take? Everyone is different the above graph is a bell curve. I fall on the health concern end of the chart and so I can take massive amounts of vitamin C without any stomach discomfort or digestive issues. Everyone is different. Why does it work and why does the dose matter? Vitamin C is a powerful electron donor and electrons are the subatomic key to life. Check out the library as I have explained the nature of electrons throughout my blogging. 

* Note - My biology falls on the health concern end of the curve. Mostly because of my poor health in early life. In general, I must do far more right than the average person so know yourself. The people you live with or are close to may be closer to the superhuman end of this graph. They might make it difficult for you to make the changes you need to make because of their practical concerns and not having to worry much about their health. Trauma effects the body both in the short and long term so many who have not had these experiences will not understand or have much compassion for those on the health concern end. Do what you need to do anyways.

Remove technology from your life as much as possible, especially wireless tech. Proximity matters so the higher the population, the worse off you will be. Even if you are in a low populated area in high overall populated states like California, New York, Colorado, Florida ect., the governmental reaction to the highly populated ares will make the environment more volatile in those states.  See my last blog - Viral expression, Population and 5G- Maps. 

I tried to show the best and worst places to be. Referring to the bell curve graph above if you are on the health challenge end of the curve, you have no choice. You need to move. A Magnetico will help, vitamin C will help, but neither one will be enough if your environment is extremely bad. There is never a convenient time to move but the best time is while you still can.

"LOS ANGELES (AP) — With cases of coronavirus surging and the death toll rising, lawmakers are pleading with cooped-up Californians not to let a beautiful, sunny weekend tempt them into ignoring social distancing designed to slow the spread of the infections.
It has been more than a week since Gov. Gavin Newsom issued a stay-at-home order for 40 million residents, restricting them from all but essential outside activities such as buying food and including only outdoor exercise such as walking or running near home that doesn't put them within 6 feet (1.8 meters) of another person.
However, reports of people packing beaches and hiking trails has prompted local governments to close recreation areas.
Los Angeles this weekend began a three-week shutdown of beaches, piers, beach bike paths and parking lots along with public trails, including one leading to the famous Hollywood sign. Golf courses, tennis courts and skate parks also were shuttered.
“It’s going to be sunnier and warmer, springtime weather is coming out, you might say: ‘Now it’s time for me to go outside,’" Mayor Eric Garcetti said Friday. “Don’t.”
“Stay home. It’s that simple," he said. “And I know it’s tough. But seeing our neighbors and loved ones die will be so much tougher.”
In San Diego, the most popular beaches were blocked with yellow police tape and police were patrolling them to discourage people from congregating there. San Diego County sheriff's deputies are stressing compliance with the state and county orders but spokesman Ricardo Lopez said scofflaws could face misdemeanor charges carrying a sentence of up to six months in jail."

Is It Worth sacrificing Privacy To Stop Coronavirus? 

The simple takeaway, already people going outside not near their homes can face jail time. Your phone will be a tracking device. Let that sink in and see the direction things are headed. 

* Note - The worse your health situation is the more aggressive you must be to get in a better environment. Do not let common thinking errors hold you up. The "why bother" argument is the worst. "It will get to you eventually so why go?" this is actually a Trojan horse argument for suicide. Death will get you eventually so you might as well kill yourself now. Don't listen. In this life survival is the best game to play as it is in line with nature. It is better to go and figure things out when you are safe than to stay.

Each of our lives tell a story. You and many others are on a sinking ship. Land is in sight and if you jump ship you can swim to land. It won't be easy, you might die swimming or there could be any number of scary animals, or no food, ect. on the land. Don't stay on a sinking ship while others ask what will you do for money when you swim to land. The answer to them is I will start by not drowning here with you and will have to figure things out from there. ​

As we are all starting to see plans change, do everything you can. Don't wait. I hope these suggestions are helpful. I am looking to make serious changes so if there are people, places, or opportunities out there please share them with me. This is a time to connect with like-minded people.
