I have lost interest in supplements, bio-hacking and so many alt-health concepts that I was once preoccupied with. The studies of many of the health products and ideas that are now popular do not take factors such as environment, location, light, technology, etc into account when drawing conclusions.
I did worked in the supplement industry for many years, so I was constantly pitched all the latest & greatest products. I still take a few key supplements, so I won't throw the baby out with the bath water, but there is so much bath water. I don't miss working in the supplement industry, when I left I found it to be downright gross and full of misinformation.
Leaving CA over a year ago allowed me to simplify my life in many ways. I take daily walks with my dog in the sunshine every morning. I listen to Alan Watts. My wife and I have been able to garden and I really appreciate eating food right off my plants. We have more cucumbers than we know what to do with, cabbage, tomatoes, and more. Our blueberry bushes are still babies but they still produced some delicious berries. We have apple trees and our pumpkin patch is out of control. We also managed to get fresh eggs which has been a fun experience. We are still enjoying the raw milk, beef and sausage from our local farmer.
Angela has mastered the art of sourdough bread baking. She also makes raw yogurts from our milk that I eat each morning with with steal cut oats.
I am a realtor now and really enjoying what I do. We were recently able to purchase some land near our home. We got 7.5 acres of land that's partly cleared, partly wooded with a southern facing hill and a good creek that flows year round. I saw some fish there fish yesterday. I enjoy going there to think like I used to at the creek running through San Luis Obispo, CA. We plan to use this land for plants, bees, maybe even some animals in the future. We are starting the process to add a well and septic. My primary goal is to one day put a log cabin on it and grow old.
I see the things that are happening in the world. The simple life has many costs. I enjoy the work it requires and am so glad to be where I am. Nothing is certain but I just wanted to let everyone know that it is possible to move. I have never been so healthy. There are no cheats in life, everyone has to earn the life they want or settle for the one they don't.
I have had several phases in my life and have not taken many relationships with me. I grew up in Rochester, NY until I was 18. I spent the next 10 years in Indiana where I finished college and was married. The next decade brought me to California where I went through a divorce and learned to be on my own. My 4th decade of life has landed me in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan as a husband and parent to Angela and Caden.
These different phases seem so strange and sometimes I wonder how I got here as it seems like a dream. I was so different from who I am today in each prior decade of my life. After leaving CA I realized no one really noticed, and maybe that is why most people don't ever move away; they don't want to find out if they mattered or not. I don't do much social media these days, but if you are receiving, this we have likely crossed paths. Please feel free to reach out to me. I miss having deep conversations about health and life and all the rest.
I have written a massive amount of information on this blog site. Some of it is rather obscure so at this point I hope to keep it simple and offer up some simple truths and practical steps to try.
It's important to keep in mind that the long term agenda is trans-humanism (once the population is reduced down to the desired level of 500 million to 1 billion). This is essentially a merging of human biology with technology. Why is this the case? Control. The best slaves are the ones that think they are free. Freedom under conditions is simply enslavement. Free speech unless you say something offensive is a simple example of this and we are seeing it play out now.
Nano tech, Musk's neural links, and virtual reality spaces are all forms of trans-humanism. Technology advertised for health monitoring benefits can actually be used for health control. I could go on and on about this but ultimately the 5g and vaccine agendas are both tied to trans-humanism. Unless you want to be a guinea pig for this potentially disastrous agenda, do not get vaccinated under any circumstances. These new mRNA vaccines contain nano-tech substances such as hyrdo-gel that will require regular booster shots, which will actually be software updates (no different than required periodic updates for a computer or cell phone). In time, your biology right down to the cellular and DNA levels will be owned because they'll contain patented products. It is likely that the nano-tech distorts a person's magnetic field and essentially turns them into an EMF transmitter, like an antennae for tech. At some point in the near future, "vaccination passports" will be required to travel and attend social activities.
If you have not already moved out of the cities and especially the states of CA and NY, now is the time to do so with urgency. Become as self-sufficient as possible and make it a priority to learn skills that will help you increase your independence from this house-of-cards system. This is easier said than done because we are at a point where not opting for convenience is very costly. Unplug from the net and remove wifi from your home environment. Embrace natural food and living. Do not get caught up in a polarized, divide and conquer mentality that consumes so many people. It is more important than ever to remain calm and centered. Many who know about what's going on are frantic and angry; working against their desired outcomes.
Tempting as it may be, do not look to an external savior. Religion and the "Jesus is coming back to fix everything" mentality keeps people from having personal responsibility for their own lives. Remove addictions. This includes alcohol, drugs, weed, caffeine, processed food, sugar, porn, TV, social media, etc. It is crucial that you are clear-headed. Like it or not, we are all living in an increasingly toxic EMF soup (to some degree or another, depending on where you live). This toxic EMF environment exacerbates any existing addictions exponentially and also creates a dopamine-driven feedback loop that can cause you to feel rewarded when engaging in destructive, addictive behavior.
Can you walk the narrow path? Can you reject scientific atheism for a Gnostic perspective that sees gods and devils as archetypes? Can you look inside yourself for salvation. Can you make the sacrifices needed to reject the appeal of the trans-humanist agenda? Can you see the pluses and minuses of all positions and not get polarized? One way or another, you'll find out eventually in this life. Very few can.
The world is drunk and easily controlled. The material world is a big casino. It can not be saved or fixed because it is designed to keep you here. You are here to learn how to leave or to stay repeating the same addictive behavior over and over until you've had enough. Leaving this realm is the narrow path. Religion, technology, politics, government all keep the game here going.
Remember, there is an equal and opposite cost for every choice and even refusing to make a choice. Look into yourself to discover what you are really drawn to. When you see the sun setting don't just stand there screaming at the sun for leaving. Wisdom is knowing when night is coming. It will be cold. Go get your jacket.
I moved last summer from the Central Coast of CA to Ironwood, MI. Since then my life has become more simplified, which was my goal. I have never been so healthy. In the past I was into various health hacks and gimmicks. The truth is there are no cheats (except one) that I know of that truly work. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all hacks, but this is what I do in my location. What you do to optimize your situation should be different depending on your current health, location, environment, etc, but hopefully this blog will give you some ideas that may be relevant to you and your situation.
This is my cozy little house. I was careful to get a home that wasn't bigger than we really needed, since heating can be costly and cumbersome in such a cold climate with long winters and we don't enjoy tending to unused space. I do cryotherapy and cold adaptation with HITT training in the winter.....often in the form of shoveling snow. While most of my neighbors push or drive snow blowers around to do all the work for them, I prefer to use my environment as a means to condition my body. Yes, it takes more time and effort, but for me the benefits outweigh the costs as I am better cold-adapted and in better shape because of it.
This is our back yard our yard. The plots on our street are each a half acre or more. We enjoy having neighbors nearby, but also value a big yard for our pup to run around in. There was no fence when we moved in. We could have hired a fence company to install one, but again, I decided to dive into my new environment and do it myself over the warm summer months. It required a lot of grueling physical labor and creativity to design it according to our needs, but it was a great source of exercise for several weeks and felt good to accomplish such a large task with my bare hands.
We get raw milk from a local farmer each week. We make primarily raw yogurts and shakes with it. It has been the best immunity booster I have ever had. The 3 of us usually get a cold each season when winter sets in, but not this year and I attribute it primarily to the raw milk. Raw milk and pasteurized dairy are not at all the same thing. Raw milk still has an array of natural, beneficial bacteria in tact. Your microbiome is made of billions bacteria. It is a shame that such a minute percentage of contaminated or compromised dairy led to pasteurization of almost the entire dairy industry, since pasteurized dairy is not just devoid of any beneficial bacteria, it is harmful to your health. Anyways, I digress. We are extremely grateful to have access to whole, raw dairy.
In the back of the last photo, you may notice a jar of bacon grease. This is our primary cooking fat, along with grass fed butter. Next to it is a jar of Redmonds sea salt, another key to health. Salt and fat were foolishly demonized over the last 70 or so years, but I can say that our health has only improved since making them staples in our diet.
What we avoid in our diets altogether:
-No water-extracted caffeine (coffee or tea)
-No alcohol or other drugs of any kind (pharma or street)
We also get our beef from the farmer and bread from the local bakery, made fresh with minimal ingredients and no preservatives. Eating fresh, local and seasonal is key. We get eggs from our neighbors and plan on getting some chickens of our own in the spring.
We often use our wood burning stove to supplement heat in the winter. Chopping wood is a great workout too.
The supplements I take are basic:
-Vitamin C in large doses (ascorbic acid, nothing fancy- Perhaps I can explain why in another blog)
-Cod liver oil
-Beef liver capsules (grass fed)
Notice, these are all basically real foods (except maybe the vitamin C).
If I had to admit to one "vice" it would probably be dark chocolate. I eat the raw cacao kind daily. Yes, there is some caffeine in chocolate. However, there is also tons of magnesium, pyrroloquinoline quinone, and other beneficial minerals. I really enjoy chocolate, and since it is a food (and not a liquid caffeinated extract), it does not give me the anxiety or heart palpitations that I used to get from coffee.
We do not use wi-fi in our home. Our internet is wired in through Ethernet cables (we have adapters that hook into our computers and devices). It seemed slightly inconvenient at first, but we are used to it now and are happy to not be subjected by the constant bombardment of wi-fi signals in our home. Ironwood is a small, low-tech town. Our street is a few miles out of town and they haven't even come around to installing smart meters yet. We have already added ourselves to the opt-out list for if/when they come around to it.
There's Caden out in the front yard, playing in the snow. He's an extremely healthy and happy child, even during this pandemic.
Sleep is key. We have bedroom in the basement which makes it dark, cold and protected from frequency. I have never slept better in my life. Our bed is inclined, meaning the head of the bed is lifted 6". Look into inclined bed therapy if you're interested in learning about the benefits. We sleep on two 20 gauss Magnetico Sleep Pads. I have written a massive amount about Magnetico, so I'll leave it at that. What you see in the picture is a bed canopy that blocks emf. We purchased the fabric and had it custom made as many on the market do not do much.
The water is pretty clean here (it is worse in town, but luckily we are in the township which sources it's water differently). Angela went through great lengths to find an all glass Berkey filter. Plastics leech and it is important for water to be exposed to sunlight as water and light work together to create energy.
This is our happy pup. He's a miniature boxer (half boxer, half boston terrier). I take him for a walk every day no matter the weather. This has been a good way for me to get outside in nature every day, and he definitely needs the exercise too.
Our cat loves to sleep on the Magneticos. She often ventures down to our bedroom after we wake up to sleep on them for a few hours. She also likes to lie on my chest and purr while I pet her. A purring cat puts off some amazing, healing frequencies. They are hard not to love.
I also workout at a gym in town that was converted from an old auto body shop. I feel like Rocky. I just lift heavy. Most of the time it is empty so I can shut the lights off and turn the music up, which is great.
Hopefully this gives some insight into what I'm personally focused on health-wise these days. I could get into all the science behind each thing, but the truth is the location really makes all the difference. Being healthy in a big city, bathing in wireless frequency much like a smoker wearing an oxygen tank. Nature did it right and the simple things matter. I think having a wife, child, and animals has helped me to be more healthy as I am not so focused on myself.
The big things I suggest for anyone:
-Get a Magnetico Sleep Pad
-Eat local, seasonal and unprocessed food.
-Get in nature (barefoot and exposed to some sunlight when possible).
-Laugh often and sleep well (if you dream that's a good sign).
Avoid the news and all the crazy. Also avoid health gimmicks. There is so much hype out there just to make a buck.
On 1-10-19, almost 2 years ago I wrote the first of a 4 part blog series called Neurogenesis vs Depression. A lot has changed for me as my wedding picture here shows.
I had struggled with depression in different ways and at different times throughout my life and at that time I was very alone but was having some very needed realizations. In the blog I was able to use some videos showing the brain forming new connections. The realizations I was having changed my brain and I can say even though I still have my bad days, my life is a 1000 times more happy and fulfilling than it was before this blog series. I believe that these realizations allowed me to fall in love and and be in a healthy relationship, as well as be a good parent to Caden (Angel's 6 year old).
I have not been putting out many blogs lately as my life has gotten very practical with my family and job taking up my thoughts. I also feel like I figured out a lot of things but I don't want to just repeat myself over and over with simple content as it is boring to me and probably my readers, like the youtube personalities that just talk about keto diets year after year.
In any case I wanted to come back to this series. The first blog has now been edited (thanks Angela) and I hope that you will take the time to take a look but also to share it with anyone who may be struggling with depression or addiction in these very strange times.
The other 3 parts will be edited and re-released soon.
There is no real way to know what another person's life experience is like inside their head. My life has been filled with a sense of waiting for something. In fact, I think that patience is possibly the most difficult skill to learn. It takes a long time to master patience.
I have been waiting for what I call "movie moments." A movie moment is unique and cannot be planned. It is one that is outside of my control, but seems to find me. It happens to me and when it is happening it feels bittersweet. I am sad knowing that it will end and simultaneously elated that it found me and I am in it. Much like the moment you realize you are dreaming and the realization leads to both appreciation and regret that waking will pull you out of that dream. As I write this I recognize that some of these moments don't end well, but still the chances of them happening are so rare that you have to appreciate them and smile. You can not force these moments they must come to you but you can increase the likelihood that one will happen. Much like hoping a bird will land in your hand. You can't force a bird to land, but it helps to carry around some bird seed.
Looking back on the movie moments I've had, there's something to knowing that I can't go back to the time that made those moments matter. They were innocent moments lost in time. This is not to say that my movie moments are gone forever but more to recognize that with age these movie moments become more reflective, like when you take the same walk every day but one day you feel compelled to stop and see what you have been walking past. All of sudden you are overcome with wonder, and then before you know it, you are back to walking just like always. When I was younger these moments were more rom-com stuff; awkward first kisses, or ex-girlfriends showing up in the park when you are sitting there daydreaming about her.
Sometimes I think human creativity is channeled instead of created. Coming up with a good idea is different than realizing that a story or a character wants to enter your story. I think of J.R.R. Tokien and The Lord of the Rings. He first seems to discover/create a language, then a unique people for his language, and before you know, it he has created entire cultures and an entire world with its own history.
The multiverse theory is one where there are infinite dimensions and infinite potential. In this case, tuning into creativity is like channeling a story, or something coming to you in a dream. This may be tuning into different inter-dimensional frequencies. Much like tuning the dial of a radio, the frequencies are there but the receiver isn't always picking them up. In this case, humans are receiver transmitters. Maybe we are entertained by stories. Maybe the stories we are most effected by are real, as in real like radio stations that are being tuned into. What if the quantum frequencies that surround us and are us create a sort of electro-magnetic ether, and we are tuned into one realm or level of that ether soup. What if at times we tune into other stations enough to see the archetypes and characters, but we filter it through our own lens. We take a glimpse into another dimension and then humanize it and create a story out of it. Maybe the imagination space is a quantum space where we can see things outside of the norm.
What if we are both watching and being watched but just like we don't watch every second of a sitcom, our watchers don't see every moment of our lives (like The Truman Show). What if we connect with our characters because it causes a feedback loop and in return they connect with us when we are observed. Maybe the movie moments of our lives are inter-dimensional scenes viewed by the very characters that we observe. Maybe because children have less hard-wired (more programmable) brains, they can tap into the imagination space better. Maybe people in altered states of consciousness can channel better as the radio dial in the brain is disrupted. Maybe some types of insanity is just as real as social reality. Maybe we each have our own reality to make sense of.....maybe.
Maybe not but it's a fun idea.
Carry around some bird seed with you. Today just might be the lucky day a bird will land in your hand .
As someone who was once a vegan and a city boy I look back at my past and see that it was a strange mix of ignorance and ego. This resulted in poor health and I looked to devices, supplements, and separation from nature through veganism.
Nature is comprised of cycles within cycles within cycles and tuning into these cycles is a key to health. There is no equality in nature because everything is in a different part of its life cycle and different places have different cycle-based environments.
Modern man is so separate from nature. We seek to supersede natural cycles. We believe we can live outside of nature and stay alive. Equality in nature is found only in the reality that everything is eating and being eaten in a perfect system, just never all at the same time.
I was explaining how nature works to our 6 year old this morning on the way to the farm we go to every Monday to pick up raw milk and eggs. The plants feed us, and the waste from the plants feeds the worms and bugs that feed the soil which feeds the ground that makes the grass that feeds the cows that give us the milk and then we feed the compost from the plants to the chickens who lay the eggs to give us the strength to work and grow the plants and so on and so forth. This could go a thousand directions as all of nature is connected in its separation. The paradox of nature that we are a part of.
I have put together a High Charge Human Theory that I have not put out yet as it is a major undertaking and my time has been very limited. The simple explanation is that what humans look at as advancement is really a regression, a separation from nature based on a declining magnetic cycle. Historically, when the magnetic cycle was at it its peek (at approximately 300 gauss), man was so entrenched in nature's perfect system that he was indistinguishable from it. The earth's magnetism is now quickly approaching zero (it is around 0.5 gauss currently, depending on where you are) and man is separating himself from nature; destroying the perfect system; refusing to be eaten and in the case of many vegans, refusing to eat.
Nature's perfect system does not care about feelings. Nature both creates and destroys life, and the beauty of it is that the act of destruction is the same as the act of creation as they feed each other into existence.
Historically, religions set man apart and now technology is finishing the job. I know I am typing on a computer to say this and I spend less and less time on it. I don't hate technology, I simply see it for what it is. It is a result of low charge humanity in a declining magnetic field. When the civilized colonialists tried to civilize "primitive natives" they removed them from perfect destructive/creative systems that where in tune with nature.
Now man has no natural predator. We seek to hack the natural process and as a result, we are fat. Fat bodies and fat populations full of people that consume without contribution. Nature will solve the problem of gluttony and man will become his own natural predator. Our advancements will check the problem of deviating from a perfect system. When it is all said and done, nature will prevail and exist, perhaps in a slightly new or different form, but it will be fine. Nature is the ultimate shape-shifter.
We are planning on getting chickens in the spring. I explain to my 6 year old about nature's perfect system and how the chickens give something: eggs, and we give them a home and food and this is a good exchange. Cows and chickens would not make it on their own in nature here. They have a purpose. Humans also need purpose and when you reject the modern notion that you are supposed to be separate from nature and that you should live forever you will find purpose. To live, to die, and to simply contribute to the natural cycles that come and go.
The behavior we are seeing is from a group of people that are intoxicated on substances, radiated by technology, and brainwashed by it in social media echo chambers that concur with their selected views with every click.
Do not worry, nature has an infallible plan. It involves the reality that there is no escape from life cycles. If you can find inner peace in the cycle, it will be perfect and you will not be able to explain it, no one will understand, no one will congratulate it. It will be your own secret. Inner peace can never feed the ego. As soon as it does it is not inner but outer and not peace but dissonance, and that is ok too. Everything has a price.
I walk my dog in nature every morning and I see it's perfect process. I see how easy it is to get caught up in the drama, the politics, and the distractions. Take the time to see that this moment doesn't care about the past or the future but is perfect as it is eaten by the future and destroyed by the past, which had its moment to be this moment; one that has never existed before and never will again. You are the same perfect in-between the eaten and soon to be eaten. Everything will be ok.
I haven't written a blog in a while. The weeks have flown by and it has been very busy with work and wedding prep. Caden is now home from school, the entire elementary school has switched to online schooling over two covid cases. We opted to homeschool Caden instead, since we don't use wifi in our home and do not want Caden sitting on a tablet all day. It is sad that this whole pandemic has caused even more dependency on harmful technology.
I am very busy but feeling great health-wise. We already have snow here. I have started to put many of the health perspectives I have written about in past blogs into practice. I feel much better in the cold and as the season gets colder I will continue to reduce my carbs. I am lifting hard and am pretty strong right now.
Angela and I had a small beautiful wedding in our new home. It wasn't the big event & honeymoon we had planned in California before Covid broke out, but it was so nice to be in our home with our new neighbors. We have great neighbors and that is something to be very thankful for. Angela was a beautiful bride. I never thought that I could have such a special relationship. Here are some pics.
It is important to note that with all the chaos that we are now witnessing, there are two factors that I look at as the largest influences on the general population and the world which I use to explain what is going on. These 2 influence are not commonly recognized at all.
These influences are: technology and magnetism. One we control, one we do not. Both help explain the mental & emotional state of the world, as well as climate change (which is a natural response to earth's declining magnetic field and also exacerbated by modern, wireless tech that essentially microwaves the atmosphere with a frequency soup). The strength of the earth's magnetic field also directly correlates to our neurological and growth potential.
Angela is currently reading the book "The Contagion Myth- Why Viruses Including Coronavirus Are Not The Cause of Disease"
Admittedly I haven't had a chance to read it yet but discussing it as Angela reads it has been very interesting and it similarly presents the idea that the global increase in wifi and 5G is effecting the earth and the people on it. Viruses are not alive, they are a bi-product of cellular toxicity and not the cause. When you cut your finger, you don't blame it on the scab that forms as a result.
Tech is causing radiation and radiation alters our environment and affects us on a cellular level. It is beyond our senses, meaning we typically don't pick up on these frequencies abruptly, like we would an acute injury. The damage is incremental and subtle, growing over time like a frog being slowly boiled in water.
One analogy I often use is if you had an infection in your hand, first your body would try to heal it. At some critical point if it couldn't be healed, then you would have to cut off the hand to save the body. The amputated hand would not be alive, it would be comprised of DNA, RNA, and proteins. A virus is much like the amputated hand, but on a smaller scale within a cell. It is the result of cellular illness/ disease/ toxicity, but it is not the cause.
I believe new levels and frequencies from tech are causing new disease in the form of cellular viral expression. This makes masks and social distancing foolish, and as we've already seen, ineffective (all we have is claims that it works yet the virus remains). It is important to note that the PCR testing of the virus is very misunderstood by the general population. Hospitals are financially incentivized to repot covid deaths. There is no way to get objective information about covid at this point.
Back in the spring I wrote about this in many blogs so go back and check them out in the health blog library.
Magnetism, specifically unidirectional magnetism is something I have written about at great length in past blogs. The natural decline of the earth's magnetosphere competes with the sun's magnetosphere. The earth's magnetosphere is currently at about 0.5 gauss (gauss is the term used to describe magnetic strength measurement). This varies somewhat around the planet and is not completely fixed. In the dinosaur era, magnetism was at approximately 300 gauss. Life was abundant on the planet and life forms were much larger and potentially more intelligent (hence the many wonders of the world like the pyramids that we can't explain and often default to aliens).
In a few hundred years, magnetism will hit zero point, flip, and the magnetic cycle will begin all over again. The charge potential of all living things on the planet is directly connected to the strength of the magnetosphere, which is the canvas or egg if you will for all life to grow and express from. When the magnetosphere is weak, everything in it suffers as a result. We are living in the struggle phase of the magnetic cycle. Addictions compensate for low charge and it is hard to find a person not using alcohol, drugs, caffeine, or any other number of substances, typically a combination of many. Magnetism has answered every unanswered question I toiled with. I cannot recommend getting a 20 gauss Magnetico enough to boost your charge potential during the most important healing time in your life: sleep (15% off when you use code ROBA). I have very few financial resources and I sleep on 2 stacked 20 gauss and our son Caden (6 years old) also sleeps on a 20 gauss. It is a top priority for us because we know and live the benefits.
I could go on and on endlessly about tech and magnetism, correlating through many examples how they effect us. I try not to re-write blogs so go back and read them if you want better health and to make sense of the world we are living in.
What does a high-tech, low-charge world look like? Just look around. There is more to come and no matter the outcome I don't see either side backing down after the election. It is time to take extreme steps for change. Remember the difference between a helper and an enabler. An enabler foolishly works harder than the person they are trying to help.
If you have questions, ask. Thanks for being an important part of my process.
This is the most important blog I have written. I have struggled to try and decide how to write about it and I realize that I shouldn't make it too long. (It took me 6 months to write the Are You Conscious Series which was propably too long for anyone to really read)
You will need to watch the video below to understand this blog.
Here we go.
In the past, I spent a lot of time thinking about fractal numbers and what I call fractal intelligence as a way of seeing the world. (see the Mandelbrot set)
This is a very extensive topic that I will not dive into now but I also wanted to make sense of what is commonly referred to as God. After looking into many religions and their history, I could best be described as a modern Gnostic, as I am drawn to the core concepts of gnosticism. Here are some examples of my views:
Looking at life through a dualistic lens - seeing the necessity of dark to create light and light to create dark as opposed to concrete good and evil.
Viewing good and evil as knowledge and ignorance as opposed to sin in the traditional Christian sense.
Self-actualization and the recognition of a higher knowledge that is a knowing that is beyond intellectual and is best described as remembering.
Viewing the traditional Christian god of the Old Testament as a lower deity (referred to as the demiurge in some circles) that withheld knowledge from Adam and Eve and was a creator god lesser than the absolute deity of all creation. This explains the need for blood sacrifices and worship that never made any sense to me as a child learning about a loving god that would make people with a sinful nature and then eternally condemn them to hell.
I could go on as all these concepts are very obscure, but will move on. I will now share the way I have been able to try and make sense of "god." This came to me as a realization a few years ago and was nothing I had been taught.
I will use numbers to explain. Many look at numbers as a core truth; a language discovered, not invented, and that numbers themselves have a personality. Historically, mathematicians struggled to find the end of numbers, or the end of infinity just to find another level of infinity (some went crazy).
To make sense of the infinite potential expressions of the divine, we will look at infinite numerical expressions. This addresses the gnostic idea of a divine spark of every living thing containing a piece of the divine (If you have followed my blog this would be subatomics or electromagnetism at the core of a person ....the electron.)
1,863,468, 213 or any other number above 9 can be reduced to 9 or a lower single digit. This is called the digital root. So numbers 0-9 are the core digital root numbers. When I say reduced instead of taking the number bigger you add the numbers together to break it down. For example: 16 would be 1+6 = 7, so 7 is the digital root of 16. Since 7 is a single digit, it can not be reduced down any further.
Now that we have condensed the infinite set of numerical expressions to 0-9, it is important to note that all these root numbers are archetypes each with their own positive and negative aspects. They all must exist. I call 0-9 the archetypes of God, or the aspects of God. I could spend hours breaking this down but I will try to be concise.
9 - The absolute high god. This is the all, or the void. No personality, pure energy, pure information. Nine is the biggest single root digit and the most powerful. All numbers are reduced to a digital root under 9 or consumed by 9. (See 3-6-9 code video at the beginning of this blog.)
8 - We'll come back to this.
7 - This would be the archetype of good, or of positive aspects. It is essentially the Christ archetype; not the person but the personification of the archetype of good.
9-7 Exist in the spiritual realm (the quantum space).
5-6 are the earthly archetypes.
6 - This would be the false god. The judge god depicted as the god of the Old Testament and the ruler of the earthly realm. Six is the judge god as well as the god of time and order ( also referred to as Chronos, father time, Saturn, which is where we get the phonetic Satan). The 6 requires much explanation and is shown as the six pointed star or the six-sided cube. Six is literally a n upside-down nine and is masquerading as the 9 (the true high god) where it can get away with it, here on earth.
5 - The archetype of chaos, the trickster, the joker/jester, or the character of Lucifer: the false light barer. Five represents the lie. It's symbol is the 5-pointed star.
0-4 could be said to exist inside your head in a sense. They are the individual, or human archetypes.
4 - Four represents the observer. The all seeing eye; the one watching this story play out.
3 - The judge of the mind; the one who governs the conversation inside your head.
2- Represents dualism and is the number created when 0 and 1 merge together as 0 and 1 are 2 numbers.
1- The masculine or yang archetype. The one is phallic and can be seen in many symbols including the insertion of the 1 into the zero as an on button symbol (see below).
0 - The feminine archetype. The field or canvas, magnetism, the field that life resides in, or the egg. It often gets no recognition but is the foundation of the 0-9 and all life itself.
The story of the 7 (Christ archetype) is that the 7 comes down from heaven, conquers fear (the 5) and death (the 6), merges with the 0 and 1 and then ascends back up to heaven to sit at the right hand of God (the nine).
When you combine 7+1+0 you get 8. Eight is also an infinity symbol.
Using this simple 0-9 number sequence I can explain most core concepts of various religions that have wrongly taken this literally. I can explain the symbols and concepts that define our being. I can address the problem of evil and the confusion over the god of sacrifice and blood in the Old Testament that claimed to be the 9 (but was really the 6), and fooled many religions. This is why religions often end up killing each other. They are really worshiping a god of sacrifice and are unaware it is not the highest god.
Every good story has these characters or archetypes in them. I have taken some notes on this in the past. You can check them out HERE.
This is a very brief explanation that should probably require a book to explain all the history, symbols, planets, etc. that validate this simple number line as a way of making sense of the unknowable.

As the world seems to be spinning out of control my simple life is getting very enjoyable. I am now in a place that has seasons, which I love. Health has everything to do with your environment and supporting your body's ability to know where it is in space and time so it can respond properly. The weather has shifted here. We've had a few morning frosts and the leaves are starting to turn colors. We just fired up our wood stove for the first time and it was fantastic.
There are several things I am doing differently in this new season. I'm shifting away from sugar and fruit. I will continue to reduce my carbs as the season changes. I am eating more root vegetables. I keep eating local meats from the amazing little local farm nearby, fresh local eggs, and salmon. Steel cut oats and blueberries are some of the only carbs I'll be consuming over the fall. The first key is to eat as natural and local as possible, staying away from fake food with lots of unnecessary ingredients. Eating simplistically. What we buy at the grocery store is very limited. I can't believe how much processed, boxed food people consume. Chips and pop are the first items to fly off the shelf here. I made a soup the other day from a squash our neighbor grew in his backyard along with some carrots and a yam. It was simplistically delicious. These are the types of carbs I plan on consuming as the season gets colder.
Getting out in nature daily is also key. I recently found a huge stretch of forest on a nearby property with large paths and open fields that is great for walks and throwing the frisbee with our puppy. No matter where you are, make it a priority to get out in nature. Take daily walks in your environment. I want my system to be exposed to the changing seasons so that when winter comes I am properly cold adapted and my body knows what time it is and what to do.
The only supplements I'm really focused on are mushrooms, beef liver capsules, kelp, fish oil, and vitamin C. I have found that as long as my diet is on point I don't get jazzed about supplements anymore. I worked in the supplement industry for many years, so I heard all the big exciting ads and learned over time that most of it is irrelevant to actual health. Especially products with proprietary blends of a ton of different ingredients. Truth is , it's mostly hype and the removal of chemicals, addictive substances, and processed foods along with sleep and nature is far better than any supplement.
I do feel obligated to mention that I have now been off caffeine (except for dark chocolate which is a food and not a liquid caffeine extract like tea or coffee) for well over a year now. This has been a huge accomplishment for me and it's amazing how much better my system has been able to cope with stress. It was very hard to get off and the withdrawals were terrible but I highly recommend it in this time of immense stress, along with weed, alcohol and anything else that gives you a fix or benefit on the front with a price to be paid on the back. These are all credit card type substances; meaning you can get what you want now but can't avoid paying the interest forever. I see a lot of people who have maxed out their limits with these credit card substances, so to speak.
The coffee culture along with processed sugar and alcohol fuels the world. I know there's a lot of misinformation out there spinning things to validate almost any substance of choice, but the fact is that if you are stressed, caffeine is a stressor as a stimulant that spikes dopamine. Access dopamine converts to adrenaline. So the caffeinated world is getting stressed out while taking a drug that causes stress. If you have anxiety or sleep issues and are taking a drug that destroys both, that is your choice but I encourage you to contact me if you are looking to quit. I'm be happy to share my experience as a person who had anxiety for twenty years and drank coffee for twenty years and is now free of both.
I don't know if there have been any studies on the recovery of the nervous system form caffeine. From my perspective the hard withdrawals of body aches, depression, mood swings and what I would call neurochemistry issues (low dopamine not allowing my brain to click up to a fast thought speed) were difficult, but it over the past year my nervous system has recovered in ways that allow much deeper, restorative sleep. I am tuned into rest in a different way. Getting off caffeine has been a such a major contributor to my current state of well being.
Health has become very simple. I am amazed by the complexity of nature, magnetism, and so many things I see all around me like the trees and the animals. I see that you don't have to know quantum physics to embrace the simple idea that nature is where we come from and where our bodies thrive. I am very happy right now compared to what I have been in the past but am also working and working out a lot and my body composition is also changing. I'm focusing much more on developing my legs and back instead of the typical, mirror-facing muscles most guys target. I like the changes and have never been so healthy. I am so glad to have my magnetico sleep pad and to be in Ironwood, MI. I have no regrets about my move. It has been wonderful and it is good to finally be home.
You can never be fully known. You are so dynamic that at any given moment you may have a realization that changes everything inside you shifts and no one else knows. I have had these shifts throughout my life. The people around me through no fault of their own were interacting with an outdated version of me. This is why many people refuse to think outside the box; the box that they have been programmed or chosen to trap themselves in. The castle that their mind lives in may actually be a prison. It is scary to open yourself up to the possibility that what you have known is wrong or is simply holding you back. We are raised with ideas as children that are reaffirmed as we grow. You simply find people to validate your preexisting ideas and refuse to interact with those that challenge you, or you take the hard road and go against your program and find something new. I go into this in the Are You Conscious Series (which I encourage you to read as it is the blog that took the most time to put together and I believe contains some really good ideas.)
We are entering into a time of great divide and societal polarization. Can you consider the idea that no group is or can be entirely right all the time. It is very simple to distort the meaning of words. If you present an idea to a person that conflicts with their goal or world view it can be twisted. As I grow older the more I see that wisdom is knowing when to refrain from speaking. You can tell people the truth of themselves but if they are not ready to hear it they will consciously or subconsciously reject it. It can be very frustrating to communicate when this is the case. Words are containers for meaning. It is too easy to get hung up on the container (word itself) instead of the meaning. In society we have all sorts of ways of speaking to say things without actually saying them.
I challenge you to open your mind up to the idea that you are wrong. To the idea that you have a neurological bias that does not allow you to see yourself for what and who you really are. I am in a relationship with a beautiful woman who I love. I am also a very difficult person to be in relationship with. I spend a lot of time thinking about words because as my relationship has progressed I have seen more and more that we are creating a new language together. I have my way of saying things with my meanings, and she has hers. We must often translate our words and make concessions in our preferred communication styles in order to relate to one another. I have found that many times the solution to a dispute is simply finding different words to say what I meant. Of course, tone and unspoken communication (like the look on my face) are also major contributors to being heard.
All around me I see the manipulations and logical fallacies that people use on each other. They come easy and in my own relationship I know it would be easier to use them than to do the work of translating. I must be willing to question my own thoughts. Why do I really say this or that? What does it mean to me? How is it received? I fear society will continue to dig deeper into a polarized state of interaction, where two conflicting ideologies can't overlap to create actual communication. The truth is the left needs the right and right needs the left. Order needs chaos and chaos needs order. The real question is always how much.
I fear that true communication will be lost and instead of listening to your ideological enemy you will simply mock them. The funny thing is that I see both sides behaving in similar ways. Relationships are hard. Find someone that disagrees with you and work on understanding why they think what they think.
